 Absolutely love this campsite, we were well cared for by the managers, felt safe and enjoyed our peaceful stay.
The site is quiet yet is only a few minutes walk to the town centre for all facilities.
If you have a dog, there's lovely walking along the riverside.

We have said enough on the Club Site review this site is run like a Prison /Concentration camp and wow betide you if you arrive early and require use of the toilet facilities if you know, maybe required when you are certain age.

This site is beautiful, it feels like you're staying in a huge garden surrounded by gorgeous mature trees and shrubs.
It's close to the river with a lovely walking area.
The town centre is only a short walk, yet the peace and quiet is wonderful.
We'll definitely be back again ASAP

A camping and caravan club site.
Well keep pitch and clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff
A 10 minute walk into Dingwell. (Dingwell was disappointing)

Very warm greeting from Nigel and Julie a delightful pair
Julie sorted out pitch and Nigel guided me to the pitch and insisted on pushing van in to place. Advice about the surrounding area was plentiful and his suggested restaurant was first class
Next day met Billy and Alison equally charming
Site is flat walking distance to town all amenities of a high standard
Site well maintained hope to be back

Nigel & Julie were so friendly when we arrived. Showed us to our pitch, explained everything and then have great recommendations for places to eat. Showed us a lovely walk into town along the canal, which would not be obvious otherwise.
Site itself is perfect. Spotlessly clean. Great facilities. The location is good for the town.
Nigel & Julie are "old school" site managers. Nothing is too much trouble. Always chatty and cheery. An absolute pleasure to stay at your site. Thank you.

When we arrived we received a wonderful warm and friendly greeting from Nigel and his wife.
I can honestly say from arriving and until departure they were always smiling and took time out to chat and give valued information of the site and surrounding area. What an absolute gem of a couple they are.
The site was beautifully well kept and maintained. Shower and toilet facilities were of a very high standard, the best we have in-countered so far.
Pitches were a very good size. We cannot fault this site and we give it full stars.

This was a lovely site, well- spaced pitches and all beautifully tidy.
Staff were most helpful on arrival, explaining procedures and where everything was.
We had lovely walk from site into the town.
Facilities were all very good, clean and organised. Would definitely stay again.

Best campsite I’ve stayed at when doing nc500 both times
The women and guy were lovely, he gave us a heater to use in the tent, couldn’t have been more helpful
