 Very poor. Lovely fields but it is just a farm field, basic farm hose for water at edge of field,
Supposed composed toilets (2 of) no sawdust so just a smelly pile of poo and toilet paper in a hole under a toilet seat.
Shower was 1km round trips, if you make the journey showers are skanky and toilets are smelly and hardy improved on those in the field.
£8 pp per night for what?

Friendly staff, everyone I met from the farm was lovely. Three different fields to chose from. I parked in the bottom one (go through farm and track on right next to shower shed).
Take your own toilet paper - it is not supplied in the loos. I only found out after a 5 min morning walk to the facilities. Just wish it was on website as I would have taken some.
Showers (x3) don't have lights but I succeeded with a hanging lantern torch. The water is hot and pressure great (good for those with longer hair to wash). Love the fact we can have camp fires. The farm can also supply wood, but I took my own. Stars were beautiful at night.
I walked to Lulworth cove via Kimmeridge bay on the coastal path, it is hilly so expect a good work out.

£8 a night. What can you getfor£8 nowadays. Not a lot. But here you get a nice peaceful location, dog friendly, plenty of interesting walks.
Good showers, water and rubbish facilities which are always clean.
And no music allowed on site whatsoever. So your pretty much guaranteed a peaceful night's sleep. Love that you can have camp fires.
Friendly staff come to you when you've pitched up and have a bit of a natter and see if you want anything like firewood. No light pollution at night so you see loads stars.
Go early enough in the year and you can see fields of new born lambs. Really is a nice location.
Best value for £8 per night.

Simple, relaxed campsite with plenty of space for kids to run around. They can play in the woods or the field.
There was a good mix of couples, families and small groups. We stayed on the first weekend of school summer holidays and there was still plenty of space.
Facilities are basic but the showers excellent and included in the pitch price.
It's not clear where to go on arrival but drive through the farm yard and over the little stream into the field and just pitch where you find space.

A picturesque campsite! We had a lovely time here.
The showers are hot and the loos clean.
Lots of walks around the area and not far from beaches, shops.
Will definitely visit again.

Good space for tents and a relaxed atmosphere.
The staff are friendly and helpful.

Lovely quiet fields for camping. We camped at the bottom field in the corner.
We were next to a little stream but we had easy access to a toilet and a five minute walk to flushable toilets and showers.
Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. Would definitely recommend.

Hey, we stayed two night on this amazing quiet place. Lots of space, really happy have a shower and clean wc. Unfortunately, we arrived late night and couldn’t see owners.
There is lots of hiking trails as well on Jurassic coast. What was not that far away and on the end enjoy hot shower:)
But differently be back:) highly recommend

We use to stay at Julian's farm at steeplleaze regularly before we had kids & loved the fact that Julian not only allowed campfires but use to come round in the evening to see if you needed any wood too.
Such a lovely laid back place. So pleased that ten years almost to the day we were last there it's still the same amazing place 😊
The kids loved the little woods with the rope swings & will resume going there regularly again 🥳
