Just returned from this site and what a lovely site [weather being hot helped].
We walked to saundersfoot on the path at the side of the cliff NEVER AGAIN it was very dangerous and not sign posted clearly and we took wrong turning 25-30mins walk took 1 & 1/2hrs.
The showers are open plan which is a bit awkward if you have small children as they were pointed to the door so you got wetter than the child and the spray was cold by the time it reached her but apart from that it IS a nice place to camp.
And the last night we were there some idiots made campfire which there's a rule for no fires and they kept putting petrol on it but it was soon sorted by the warden

Great site, plenty of facilities although the showers and sinks are 'open plan' (not inside just roofed) so you can be a bit exposed to the elements. The path down to the beach is not difficult to walk and the beach is fantastic (sand and rock pools). Tenby is a lovely town too. Staff are great, friendly and helpful; they telephoned the local cinema to find out times for us and had plenty of leaflets and local info on things to do (even in the pouring rain). We camped in the Tenby field which was very spacious, mostly level and had good drainage. Our only problem was the weather! We had to leave after only 2 nights as our tent broke in the winds but Lois gave us a refund for the rest of our week. Once our tent is fixed we will definitely return!

Stayed here for three nights in September. Site is spacious, although pitches are not marked out so tends to be a bit haphazard. Shower Block and Toilets were spotless and facilities plentiful. Pembrokshire Coastal path nearby which leads to Saundersfoot in one direction or Tenby in the other. Path is steep in parts, and good footwear is needed. Wonderful views once you are out on open space. Local pub and shop nearby (but a car needed or a long walk). Site quite difficult to find and I recommend not driving into Saundersfoot as the roads are single track and parking difficult. Site is popular with dog owners and families.

Just returned from a week at this site had a great time.4 adults and 3 boys under 4 years old + a dog.Had a 5th Wheel 26ft caravan and a tent. Very nice site, lovely position quite busy over the B/Holiday weekend but not to manic.A bit noisy in the evenings but all was quiet by 10.Pm. As has been reported by many other visitors views, beach etc 1st class (yes the path to the beach is steep but worth the climb) Nice clean facilities and lots of hot water 24hrs a day.

JUSt spent 2 nights camping at Trevayne and wanted to say it was fantastic. We went with another family- both have 2 sons and our dog (blue). Loved the atmosphere and the location, toilets and showers were clean too We walked the long way to Saundersfoot which was stunning and couldn’t believe how unspoiled it is. Didn’t have time to get to Tenby but will next time. In the evenings everyone was out playing cricket, cooking, sitting down, chilling out and then at about 10.30 it went silent. It’s difficult to get the balance right between relaxed and left alone / too much partying late at night and you’ve done it. The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been a hook up for our trailer tent. Thanks for a brilliant weekend and we’ll stay three nights next time. I’d like to tell everyone how good it was but would rather keep it a secret!

Spent the bank holiday here.Weather views and position of site all fantastic. Walked along the coastal path to Tenby and Saudersfoot -great fun. Downside-showers are a fine mist and no hot water on the saturday plus we camped on the croft field with electric hook up pitches need to be clearly defined as it just seemed to "pitch where you like" and we were a little packed in so that we could all reach a hook up. Apart from that we would recommend this site.

Worth visiting for the proximity to the beautiful beach. Friendly staff and no pressure to say how long you were going to stay. No defined pitches in the tent-only field and plenty of room. French style toilet blocks were huge, but it is a big site. Gorgeous views along the coastline. Tenby is a really lovely seaside town. I can also recommend the treatment at Carmarthen Casualty department!

I have just arrived home after a week staying there, I would say that the location for me was absolutely perfect, a short drive to the local towns, great beaches within reach.
The site itself has a new toilet & shower block, of which is free to use, however I thought it could have been better / cleaner.
The men's showers were out of order, and the men & women were sharing showers. This is no problem, however when I went to use one of the showers as it came on, a metal tray moved, and showered me with dead flies.
The toilets in the afternoon's were often without toilet paper, and the floors were wet (water??)
Unfortunately there was no play area for children, so they found themselves getting bored very quickly.
With a bit more care & attention this could be a fantastic site, however until this is improved upon, I shall not go back.

The site is quite easy to find, although you need a sharp eye at the final roundabout so as not to miss the entrance!
When we arrived, the camping field was still quite damp and a bit muddy after a long period of rain, for which the staff apologised. The pitches were quite large - there were no set pitch sizes, so no pitching centimetres from someone else's tent here.
The views from the field are incredible - on a clear day you can see for miles along the coast in both directions. The costal path down to the nearby beach is quite steep and is not for the faint-hearted, but is well worth the effort!
Full marks to the stafffor how clean everything was kept - the toilet blocks were cleaned several times a day and were immaculate. Likewise the bins were emptied several times a day, ensuring that even if in constant use, they were never overload.
Overall, a great site - we were very impressed and are already making plans to go back next year.

Wonderful Site, beautiful settings, Monkstone field was great (12 pitches overlooking the sea). Tidy toilet block. Would recommend and go back,. Would love a static there one day. Lots of steps to beach, walk to Suandersfoot is easily achievable and pleasant, but better if you cut ac cross the field rather than head to beach, this avoids lots of steps. Good local pub and shop within walking distance but easier to drive. Pub has buy one get one free on selected lager & shop has fresh bakery for your breakfast. All in all, fantastic site in a great location, give it a try.
