This is a super large site accommodating tourers, seasonal tourers and statics, and offers excellent facilities for everyone.
This is a clifftop site but due to coastal erosion, beach access is now from an adjoining field.
The Towbar Inn offers a large outside seating area with a stage for live music, plus a large tv screen playing various hit songs.
Food is also available from the bar Diner, as well as on site fish & chip shop.
There is also a well stocked Nisa shop. The added bonus for me is the Skirlington Sunday Market, which is also open on a Wednesday during school summer holidays.
Although we usually prefer smaller adult only sites, we will certainly be returning to Skirlington.

We had a fantastic stay, on sitebcacilities are great,
There's lots of toilet blocks, which are really clean,
But mostly can't thank the staff enough, we had a slow puncture that they helped us with,
A brilliant site all. In all!
Thankyou for having us.

I liked Tow Bar, the entertainments by my son Matthew and the bingo, plus Hollywood fish and chips
The staff try to cope under difficult situations and the not plus car boot are excellent
I have been here twice this year and once last year, I score it 5 for facilities and 10 for my son's entertaining skills.
The fish shop would be better if not so greasy food, that's why I prefer Hollywood bar myself.

Very busy site, felt that the site did not cater for motorhomes as the taps for the drinking water were not set up for a hose fitting to fill tank and there was not anywhere available to empty your grey waste,
Other than that we did enjoy our time there as the toilets and showers were very clean.
E will definitely be back.

This site is very clean and now is a very up to date site, plenty of pitches both grass and serviced with good amenities, a good new shop.
The only downside is that there is no longer a good access to the beach, the new one is at the far end and is showing signs of been washed away at any moment.
The fish and chips are of very good quality and reasonably priced. Will take my fishing rod next time as there is a good little lake and at £6 per day is not extortionate.

The site was excellent
We had a lovely view over the sea and the site and facilities were clean
My only criticism is they could do with another building of facilities
But other than that excellent
