We love this site, it is in a beautiful setting and has amazing facilities.
The owners are very friendly and you can pitch up wherever you want in the three fields.
We did walks from the site which provide some fantastic views and lots of wildlife.
You can hear/see curlew, cuckoos, lapwings and much more.
Highly recommended.

We have been visiting this site for a few years with two other families.
Lovely site, nice facilities; toilets and showers always clean, indoor washing facilities, fridge, freezer and clothes washing facilities available, as well as lockable charging station.
There is lots of room for the kids to run about and a river close by. A number of beautiful walks from the site, through a few small villages either side.
There is a travelling fish and chip van which stops at the villages, just ask for schedule. Not too far to drive into Hawes for larger stores and Wensleydale cheese farm.
Would highly recommend and booked to go back again twice this year.
Please note there are no electric hook ups and mobile/wifi signal is not reliable.

Site location is set in the beautiful Yorkshire dales and there are plenty of local walks
The showers and toilets were very clean and plenty of hot water
Lockable lockers provided for charging phones and laptops ete
Clean washing up room drying room with washing machine
Donation to Yorkshire air ambulance for using very well stocked shop even stocks local beers and tent pegs and meats for bbq
Bit disappointed that the local pub (the farmers arms) was closed at the time of our visit due to the landlord being ill
This site is clean peaceful and and one of our favourite sites to stay at
Louise was very helpful, friendly and made us feel welcomed

Fabulous site near the beautiful village of Muker. Friendly owner greeting on arrival. Fully equipped shop. We brought some of our own food but there was no need as we could have bought everything we needed.
Ample space for tents, camper and and caravans. All travellers were welcome and well provided for. Showers and toilets clean and well kept. Kitchen area provided with sinks for washing up and fridge freezer for visitor use. We were able to refreeze freezer blocks throughout our stay.
After 10pm the site was quiet, as requested by owners, making this a peaceful site despite the presence of a few children. Fire pits and fuel available for those who wanted them.
On a personal note, we had a wonderful five nights on this site during one of the hottest times of the year. The riverside setting and environment is quite beautiful. We are looking forward to returning next year.

We arrived here on a Friday and we couldn’t have been more delighted. Scenery beautiful but everything about the site is great.
Clean relaxed not noisy and it was really busy over the weekend. Facilities are first class with shop phone chargers washing up facilities and free showers with hair dryer.
I really fail to understand anyone who would make a complaint or ask for more.
Thanks for a lovely 4 days - we will be back

Everything one expects from a rural site: space, views, peace and good facilities with friendly hosts.
Ideal for local walks in a great area.
Watch out for evening midges
