Easy to find but a single track for half a mile. Access to the site was easy and plenty space available for getting caravan into position
Didn’t use any facilities but we always use our own anyway hence I have given them a 10!
Brilliant shop with plenty of local foodstuffs to purchase. We did a lot of visiting when we were there so didn’t get the full benefit of the cafe etc
The animals were a bonus and surprisingly didn’t make a lot of noise in the morning !

Very very pleased with our stay a Red Lion Farm, to say I was not expecting that would be an understatement!
Very good layout for the vans with a mixture of hard and soft standing, great access and large plots with good water/power points.
The site offers much interest for adults and children with it being a working farm, large selection of novelty animals from rabbits, Guinee pigs, goats, llama's, cattle, horses and birds of prey. But best part and be warned they make their own ice cream! (elasticated trousers needed)
Two local pubs that cater for most requirements, we preferred the Bell,
Much to do and see close by
So overall we will have to return to do some more walking, cycling along the old railway and canal.

Great little site, fab setting, just outside of Stafford. We only left the site once to get Fish and Chips, otherwise plenty to keep the kids occupied.
There are goats, alpacas, cows, sheep, donkeys, chickens and ducks to see and feed. Also an Owl Sanctuary within the farm.
The main attraction is their Icecreams. They are amazing! And a fab little farm shop too :)

Just spent 3 nights at Red Lion Farm, meeting up with family from Oxfordshire.
Great place half way between us to meet.
Great spot within easy travelling from M6.
A variety of animals on the farm for children to look at and feed.
Nice cafe and excellent home made Ice Cream.

Lovely peaceful working farm. Friendly helpful owners. Reasonably priced.
Nice little farm shop/tea room. Ice cream produced on site with milk from there own herd, absolutely delicious.
Pub close by,
Ideal stop over when it reopens.
Will come again.

Chose this site for our maiden voyage with our newly acquired touring van as it came recommended and was close to home.
We had originally booked just two nights but were able to go one night earlier and with a quick phone call the owners sorted this out.
Lovely clean level pitch, amazing water pressure at the tap, our electric lead only just reached the power point so an extra lead may be advised.
Did not use washroom but it looked clean from the outside.
Ice creams were lovely and the visitor car parks were full all weekend showing how popular the place is.
A lovely site at a very reasonable price, looking forward to our next visit.

Had two good night's stay at red lion camp site
Will definitely go again.
Thinking of taking our grandchildren next time.
Would have preferred a grass pitch after we stayed, think it would have been better for us

Cant fault this Campsite. We arrived quite late and every effort was made to accommodate us and our two little doggys.
Although it had been raining for a few days prior to our visit we where given a hard standing pitch and had no problems.
The owners where very friendly and helpful.
We would rate this campsite very highly and we will most certainly be coming back next time we visit the area.

Fabulous farm campsite with tea room and ice cream parlour. Lot of farm animals to see it’s like a mini zoo, perfect for children. The farmer was very jovial and friendly. Nice level site.
Gusto pub in the village 10 mins walk did great food. We will definitely be coming back
