This campsite is lovely. Very quiet, pitches are spaced out and a good size.
A lady met us, gave us info re the facilities and what was available in the local area.
They had 3 young llamas on site who liked to be talked to, lots of chickens in the next field.
Facilities are really clean, easy to get to Bath and Wells. Not too far from Weston Super Mare. A good stop off point if travelling onwards.
Would highly recommend a stay here.

A fantastic site. The location is perfect for a local pint at The Blue Bowl.
Also very close to Chew Valley Lake which has lovely walks especially good for bird watching. A little further afield gets you Cheddar.
Facilities are kept spotless and well maintained as are the pitches.
The alpacas are a delight too. The hosts are very friendly and polite.
I would definitely recommend this site and shall be returning.

We were made to feel very welcome by the site assistant (Jane) upon arrival, very friendly and informative and guided us to a relative shaded area, and flat the facilities were excellent,
Fridge freezer washing up area at a reasonable price (£18 tent no electric),
We used the site as a base for the Bristol balloon festival approximately 25mins away, and would gladly go back, cheers Mark and Chris 🤗

Absolutely fabulous campsite. Small, quiet, beautifully laid out, immaculately maintained and set in beautiful surroundings.
For a small campsite, similar in size to a Caravan Club Certified Location (CL), it had really great amenities.
The washing up kitchen area was great plus it had access to a microwave, fridge and freezer and makes camping so much more fun. The toilets were always immaculate and the showers were fantastic - no cold showers here!
We were due to take our classic Sprite Alpine touring caravan but issues getting a tow bar on a new car meant we weren't able to do that so we were lucky enough to find that "Jessie" the Glamping Pod was free - amazing - like everything else here, well laid out, set in lovely surroundings and immaculately kept.
We will definitely be returning here.

Gosswood Park is one of our favourite caravan sites: adults only, really quiet, beautiful location… and alpacas!
Plus spotless facilities and, location wise, it’s near Bristol and many great places to go in the South West such as Cheddar, Glastonbury etc.
Jayne and the site owners really go above and beyond in providing a friendly, helpful service. Once Jayne helped patch my caravan which I had pranged in a car park on the way, so we remained damp free until I could get it repaired. Another time they rented the pod at a discount to my daughter who had a tent related disaster.
We’ve been back several times and are planning to return again and no doubt ‘again again’ in future years!

What can I say about this amazing site? Large pitches around the edge of a big field and SO peaceful.
Lovely showers and new toilet block which were kept immaculate. We were welcomed by the lovely Jane who gave us some brilliant suggestions about where to eat locally.
Left the site feeling rejuvenated and mentally reset. Will certainly visit again.
One point to note is do not rely on a satnav to get to the site as there are some narrow roads in the area not suitable for towing.
It is worth checking with owners on best route, even if it adds a few miles to your journey.
