We were let down last minute as our original booking elsewhere was not suitable.
A friend recommended Bank top farm and we were able to secure a last minute booking,
I can’t recommend the place highly enough, from the hosts doing everything possible to accommodate our stay to the wonderfully large pitches and superb modern clean facilities.
If you are looking for a base to tour North Yorkshire you won’t go wrong here!
Again, many thanks to the hosts for being just that, great hosts!

A lovely spacious campsite with wonderful views.
The owner, Keren, was friendly and helpful.
Good clean toilet and shower facilities. Also has a laundry room.
All pitches are grass with electric hookups.
Situated in lovely countryside with walks direct from the campsite.
Had a brilliant few days and plan to return.

A fabulous small campsite - great rural location, immaculate facilities and lovely woodland / walks / biking from the site itself.
The owners were friendly and helpful. The children loved meeting the farm cat, watching the hens and spent hours in the woods that are full of dens / swings and trails.
Due to COVID the local pub is only open at the weekend so it's a drive to shops / food. Also, some parts of the site were quite damp after heavy rain.
Altogether one of the best, small campsites. Strongly recommended.

Excellent facilities, owners Keren and Iain, extremely pleasant, good site,
The local pub, which is not the sites fault, only open at weekends.
A remote and quite site, good size pitch, highly recommend.

Nice clean site, bottom field close to road but not much traffic coming past.
Large open fields almost surrounded by trees, some great walks in the area. Owners very friendly and helpful.
We'll certainly be going back.
