Nice site.
This is a nice site with great facilities, but is let down by the booking system or lack of it.
I did the NC500 last May and tried to book Sango Sands with EHU and was told no EHUs were available, I would have to just turn up and see if there was any spaces.
This year, I tried again to book, using this system but no EHUs were available, I tried ringing up got no answer, sent an email only to be told EHUs were given out on a first come first served basis.
When I arrived on site a pitch with electric was not a problem!
As I say it is a nice site with nice facilities, but the inability to book leaves no confidence there will be a suitable pitch available when you arrive.

This is a great campsite location and we were lucky enough to have a sea view pitch which was unbelievably perfect.
Fab breakfast bar station open until 10am for ease and also great shower facilities, although no hairdryers
Totally recommend this site and its friendly staff.
I will be returning.

A lovely location with fabulous views, if a bit windy at times!
Staff were friendly and the facilities were good. Also, the nearby facilities were excellent, with two shops in easy reach and take-away pizza on offer.
The new shower block was nice, but I hate mixed-sex showers and so, like many other women, I queued for the “family showers”.
Could do with more separation between sinks where teeth-cleaning etc was going on and the toilets where people were emptying their bowels. (A common problem in campsite facilities!)
Lots of refuse and water points.
Altogether an excellent campsite.

Large site with easy access, both grass and hardstanding pitches available.
Most pitches have a great view out to sea or the the award winning beach, easy access to the beach direct from the site.
There is a adjacent bar and restaurant, can't comment on the food as we did not eat there.
There is a small shop nearby which has most of the essentials.
Facilities are ok though a bit dated, The nearest block to us was closed and it was a long walk to the alternative one.
Smoo Cave is a short walk away and well worth a visit though access is via a steep path with step.

Fabulous views. Friendly staff.
An easy Campsite to find with good access.
We enjoyed our stay but nearly got blown of the beach!
The toilets were a little tired though.

Great facilities and plenty of space.
There was even a campers kitchen which made cooking possible even with wind and/or rain.
A beautiful location overlooking the sea.
