All I need to say about this site is best said by the fact that I was talking to a man who has been going to Home Farm for 40 years - from his sons being very young children to now when he is retired. Suddenly he started crying. When I asked him what was the matter he told me that this is probably the last time he would be able to come as his wife's health is so bad. He was truly gutted.
This is the friendliest site I have ever stayed on.
The facilities are very good and the location is ideal.
The bar is excellent with a lovely beer garden. Good little indoor pool too.
In a way I hope nobody reads this review as I don't want anybody finding out about it!
We will be back - maybe not for the next 40 years though as I'd be 101 then.

Good site for us, showers a little tired but perfectly adequate.
Large pitches, very tidy.
Lovely people, shop pub and cooked food on site.
We will return.

Nice site very accommodating, showers good, well kept site,
The bar was great again, nice people, however the food from the shack ain't good, it's cheap. the people are friendly but you need to upgrade what comes out of the kitchen, not good.

This is a largish site, predominantly filled with static caravans with a touring section, all on flat terraced pitches overlooking Bridgwater Bay.
The site is well maintained and the facilities were always clean. It also boasts a pub serving food (still all outside at the time). An excellent swimming pool where the Covid restrictions meant you pre-booked a 30 minute slot and had the pool to yourself.
There are a couple of large well maintained fields on site to walk around plus a wooded area alongside the coast path (watch the tide times as this is subject to being under water)
We went mid-week, low season and was unbelievably good value. We will be back in the Autumn.

Excellent site. Friendly staff, fully serviced pitch and the amazing heated indoor swimming pool.
We had a great sea view from our pitch and the walking from the site is wonderful (although very muddy whilst we were there).
Can walk most of the way on the beach at low tide to Watchet, but there is a stream part way.
The coastal path takes you over the muddy fields, but the views are wonderful.
The site even has it's own waterfall on the beach.

Lovely site, very friendly & peaceful.
Long drive down to site with quite severe speed bumps.
Showers need a little updating.
These are not criticisms just observations.

The site was clean and well-tended with a spacious pitch for our tent with its own water tap, and a sea view through the trees, as we had requested.
It seems there was a slight mix-up and we never received a confirmation email with directions to the site and other details. Fortunately we happened to have some 20ps for the shower, otherwise we wouldn’t have known that this was what was needed.
The path down to the beach is wide and with a handrail, but has a steep incline along its full length, which some people might not be able to manage.
This is a site with a huge number of static vans, and although it is attractive and well-laid-out, there’s nothing of a countryside or ‘farm’ feeling about it. Still, it did the job very well for two nights and was good value for money.

Very quiet and peaceful throughout our stay. Just what we wanted! Lovely views through the trees to the sea. Great woodland walk for dogs and direct access to beach (but you need good mobility)
All facilities clean and well managed (Covid signs and reminders), and were close to our pitch. Handy base for visiting other places, either by vehicle -went to Minehead, Dunster, Lynton and Lynmouth, or on foot- walked to Blue Anchor, Watchet.
Do need to be fully aware of tide times if walking along beach. Would definitely go back there, providing use of awning is welcomed (there was some confusion about this) Couldn't rate child friendliness as none in our party!

The site was great with an on site pub that had entertainment. A small shop that sold all basics that you may need. The staff were very friendly.
The only thing that let the site down was the toilet blocks and showers, both small and slightly dated, but was functional.
Overall a nice site and we would stay there again.
