Found site easily. Nice site, facilities good, nice large pitches. Good walk into Porthcawl, plenty of buses going into town. Visited The Globe Inn very good.
Price very reasonable £17. Per night.

The best site in the porthcawl area if you want a holiday with kids
Quiet, very very clean, lovely toilets and warm showers
Friendly people, the owners mike and alison have spent a lot of money upgrading this site: electric hook ups, hardstandings, separate toilet and showers for male and female and a mixed one as well. Cleaning facilities for your toilet, waste and fresh drinking water
16 pounds per night for 2 adults and two children
10 minute walk to local shop or 15 minutes to Porthcawl beach and shops, 5 minutes to walk to the duck ponds. Kids loved that donkeys go up the lane adjoining the site twice a day, the kids can stand by the wall and watch them going to and back from the beach, normally 10 am going and 5pm coming back home.
There are also horses in the adjoining fields which our children took great pleasure giving them apples and carrots daily.
We have been 4 times this year and don't want to go anywhere else
Thank you Alison and mike

Very friendly site owners. Good location, 20 minute walk to beach. Came for one week, stayed for three! Says it all.
Narrow lane to the entrance, use owners directions.
Expect to return.

Nice site, along with very friendly owners. Paid £16. 00 / night for 2 people in a motorhome, incl of electric. Clean showers/toilets. Good location, where one can walk to town, alternate the bus stop is only a 5 min walk away.
Only downside seem to be the "regular visitors" dogs on site at the time of our visit, which even, on a dog's lead, fight and bark at each other at every opportunity and one selfish owner even allowed its dog to do its business on our pitch.
Complained to the dogs owner and he told me not to get excited!
Never the less, we will stay here again, whilst hoping that people keep their dogs under strict control.

Nice little site, nice welcome. Facilities have been updated and are adequate. Easy walk into town and pubs close for food or a beer.
Electric hookups are 10 Amp I believe as wife managed to trip it. Easily reset.
Another added to our use again list.

Spent a whole month on this site and enjoyed every day we were there. Alison and Mike were the perfect hosts, nothing too much trouble.
The site is being improved all the time. The new toilet and shower block was very good, plenty of hot water and cleaned every day.
Ideal location, close to the main road but far enough away to be peaceful.

We stayed two nights and were very happy with the location and close proximity to the town centre and beaches. The work on the toilets and showers still hasn’t started and the current toilets although clean were not very inviting. We weren’t bothered because we have our own facilities. We couldn’t drive up to the one water tap because the ground was too muddy and there was no Motorhome service area. We would happily return.
