Just had a wonderful rally at the Barn. Joe was so helpful to us in planing & setting up our rally.
The pitches were spacious & facilities spotless. Short walk to shops, sea & transport.
Enjoyed by everyone who attended our rally. Thank you Joe.

We have stayed at lots of campsites but this must be one of the friendliest and greatest sites we have been to. Joe and family make you really welcome showers always hot and clean.
Free sockets to use for phones and hairdryers in block.
This is a great site for family or couple's on there own. Close to town local Asda bus stop to Brighton or Worthing and beyond is about 500 yards away short walk to Beach sandy at low tide pebbles at high tide good for swimming.
There is a lovely cafe/restaurant at beach also
We will return.

A good campsite clean, tidy well maintained helpful owner.
Good location close to town and beach.
Not regimented relaxed feel, good sized flat pitch.
Plenty of space for children to play.
Football goal kept our boys happy.
Good value for money A+

We just visited this site for a long weekend. The site is kept really well and the owners are around to help if needed. They are very friendly and helpful good knowledge of local area. The facilities are regularly cleaned and all of the pitches are close bye.
The local bus is very useful every 10 minutes short walk from campsite.
The town of lancing and train station is close by approx 10 mins where there is a good sized asda and other shops and pubs.
We will definitely be back.

The site was big enough to have neighbours but not feel too crowded. Facilities are ok, although they could be cleaner.
No trees which can mean it can get really unbearable in the summer if you don't have an awning.
A bit overpriced for the standard

Our second visit to this site, lovely location and lovely ambiance, compared to some of the larger sites we've stayed at. Site seems to attract nice friendly people. Dog friendly site with a short walk to the dog friendly beach and dog friendly pubs nearby. Good public transport links with a 24 hour bus service to Brighton at the bottom of the road and the train station is nearby too. Owner is very friendly and helpful. We didn't have kids, but the layout of the site allows parents to easily keep an eye on the children in the play area. Toilets/showers and washing up facilities are fine for a site this size.

We have just spent a few days at this campsite as we were looking to spend a few days in Brighton for the summer holidays we had a look online and came across a few option there was one a bit closer to Brighton but the price was a lot higher and looked like it would be very busy due to its location so we decided on the barn.
We arrived on site it was grassy well laid out with pitches around the outside and an area in the middle for children to play.
The pitches were a good size plenty of space and car parking by pitch.
The toilets shower block basic but was very clean and tidy.
The town was a short walk with a fairly large asda and other shops bars etc.
Beach was short walk and quiet it was stony at high tide but sandy at low and on the beach is a new restaurant called the perch it was very nice but busy.
Public transport short walk bus the number 700 run every 10 minutes or so from the seafront about 5-10 min walk from site train is about 10 minutes from site
All in all a good stay and we will return

Best campsite ever! Shops and sea local. Everywhere dog friendly including beach. Owner is lovely, helpful and approachable. Best site we have ever been too. You won't be disappointed. Fantastic cafe 5 minutes away which will deliver anything from a cooked breakfast and drink for £4. 95 or a proper Sunday roast free of charge. Lovely safe seasons as Dy when tide is out. Shoreham airfield down the road so lots of planes to watch and great place to fish on the pier with very cheap rod hire. Also outdoor paddling pool, go jarring, mini golf a 5 minute drive away.

Another great visit to this gem of a site. Always well maintained, always a warm welcome and handy for Brighton to the East and Worthing to the West. This was our fourth or fifth visit and we will be back soon.
