This is our 4th visit, we love this site the owner is friendly and helpful and the site is tidy and clean.
We liked the site on our first visit and it has been improved and added to since then.
Great location for public transport we can just park up and don't have to use the van and the nearest beach is dog friendly too.
You do get light aircraft going over but only during the daytime and we enjoy watching them.

Fantastic chilled campsite. Excellent for links both bus and train but also for walking in to Worthing, or Shoreham-By-Sea.
Joe the owner was helpful in terms of practicalities such as where to eat, where to drink.
Toilets were really clean and modern- loved the local radio on in them! Little coffee shop with telly to watch the olympics.
Although we didn’t take children we could see them playing ( but not hear!) lovely little play area and table tennis / goals for families to enjoy their time together
So peaceful. We will go again!

Lovely Campsite. Nice & quiet.
10 mins walk from nice peaceful beach & bus stop to get the Bus into Brighton which we used a few times. Only 2 quid each way.
Joe (the owner) is very laid back & friendly but there if you need him, perfect. Can't fault it in any way.
Looking forward to returning many times in the future.

As new bees this was our first trip out in our motorhome and we didn’t know what we were going to get ourselves into.
We only booked a couple of nights as we were just learning all the bits and pieces on our motorhome as a trial run.
Joe was helpful and gave us some of his knowledge to help us out.
Good location near to sea level flat site good facilities although we used our own.

In the coastal area of Brighton it was amazing to find this site so well placed.
We wanted to visit around Brighton and this site is only ten minutes walk to the train station (yes really) (and an ASDA supermarket) and 10 minutes walk to Lancing beach.
There was only hard standing available due to the recent heavy rain, but this site has all the facilities you need - particularly clean shower facilities, and the Naaz indian restaurant by Lancing station was superb.
A 20 mins train ride to Brighton to see the sights. Pity about the rain.
Next time we plan to visit in better weather and stay for longer.

We really enjoyed it here the weather may have let us down but the campsite certainly didn't.
A lovely relaxed site, we were welcomed as I stepped out of the car and directed to our pitch.
Everyone was very friendly and always had time for a chat. Will be booking for next year!
My daughter would have been happy just staying on site for the 5 days, but it was only a 10 minute walk to the train station and local shops, and 10 minutes to the beach so we had no problem getting out and about

Arrived Good Friday, Our 3rd visit, Joe has a new cafe/bar building added to the site, looks great and very in keeping with the site.
Visited this time to do the Parkrun, starts on the green at the Perch restaurant on seafront.
Great site, we had another good visit.

Great site within walking distance of the beach at Lancing. We had a 3 night stay in our camper, hosted by the Camping & Caravanning Club who were very friendly.
The pitches are level, well maintained and we had plenty of space. There are no pitch markings, but we found others respectful and there was no noise at night.
The facilities are basic but clean, two showers and two toilets in the ladies, and similar in the gents. I didn't find the water hot enough, but the weather was warm so it didn't matter.
The two outdoor washing up sinks were spacious, but as other reviewers have said, lack hot water. It would be great to have this in the future, washing up not easy in cold water!
We loved that you could walk to Lancing, to the beach and catch the train (10 mins walk) to Brighton, Littlehampton etc.
