Very welcoming.
Well manicured grass and generous pictures.
Happy to insert coin for a shower but would have been good to be able to access hot water for washing up

Brilliant campsite and facilities!
The owners were so kind and made us feel very welcome!
Showers and toilets were spotless, and enjoyed a gin from the on-site gin bar!

Stayed here on a stop over heading for Keswick. I was visiting a friend in Liverpool so a perfect location near the M6 to continue my journey and not far from Liverpool.
Lovely small site, easy to find and secure. I was advised not to take my kayak into Liverpool and was more than happy to leave it on site.
Warm welcome. Has everything you need.
Lots of space for children to play (I didn’t look far as my grandson wasn’t with me) and grown ups to chill😊

Fabulous site, really friendly and very clean. Facilities perfect, would totally recommend staying here.
Easy to find and good road access into campsite for motorhome 👍
Thank you also for the generous donation for my husbands Lands End to John O’Groats charity bike ride for Alzheimer’s society ❤️

Convenient. Used this site for a meet up with friends not too far from home.
Short walk to lovely little village with lots of pubs and restaurants.
Owners super friendly sat and had a drink with us.
Only gripe is the farm opposite using bird scarers which our dog didn’t like.
Highly recommend
