 Excellent site, with friendly owners.
Good showers, and good clean toilets.
Whenever I go showers or toilets, it looks like the floors have all just been cleaned.
The showers, 2 in mens, and 2 in womans, are operated with 20 pence piece, this gives 6 mins.
I have been here for a few weeks now.
The electricity supply is next to all the caravans, and you simply buy electric tokens from ian or his wife, who run the site.
This is just 5 minutes from the M6 Junction 22, so this also makes it very convenient for a simple overnight stay.
Oh, yes, when you need the owners, ring the bell at the farm gate, they will be out to see you within a few mins.
Any way, Ian is always around the camp site any way, and he knows almost every one on first name terms.

Lovely little working farm camp site. Bit at back next to loos for 5 caravan and camping people. Larger area for more campers. Long term people here also.
Clean loo block 1 loo and 2 showers each for male and female. Showers 20p for 6 minutes plenty of time for a shower, also adjustable. About 8 miles from Warrington. Friendly owner and dogs.
I didn't realise you were meant to pull the bell and wait at the gate I went right up to the house and was met by 3 rotweillers who jumped on me but they were friendly.
My husband decided to stand at the gate and ring the bell ! £ 10 per night, hardstanding pitch with EHU. Would come again.
