There wasn’t anything to dislike. The site was well organised and spacious,

Toilet and shower facilities were very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The site is located within walking distance of local facilities and close to the South Downs Way and other areas of stunning countryside.

I thought the views were lovely but thought the price to stay was expensive. It was extra for an awning, extra for having a car, extra for a dog. I believe you pay for a pitch and just get one price. It cost £45 per night which I find expensive.

Also not the most friendly of welcomes, told us we had arrived too early (we arrived at 10.30 which was the time I was told we could arrive)

Small, clean and hospitable campsite well-situated for countryside walks and visits to Brighton and the coast.

Ood fires in hired braziers were permitted which warmed and lengthened the evenings.

Recommend!

Easy booking system, friendly efficient staff.

Large well serviced pitches with easy access and beautiful local area.

Ideal grounds for walking our three dogs.

I used this campsite for easy access to Brighton and Hove as well as Devils Dyke, It worked well however the campsite is not very close to other useful areas/towns so every day trip required the car.

The campsite Itself was relatively clean and friendly, extremely busy in August however this was expected.

I felt the toilets/showers could’ve been kept cleaner however that is partially due to other campers leaving mess and not mopping out showers after use.

Brilliant location. Extremely clean. Lovely hot showers. A bit busy but managed to get some sleep once people stopped chatting/ drinking.

Would return as amazing location just maybe not a bank holiday weekend

Absolutely loved our stay. Great location. Staff were very friendly.

Site was very quiet and everyone was very respectful of noise.

The kids loved the ice creams that were for sale.

Went to this campsite as local to home.

The site is spacious and facilities good and maintained.

The tent electric pitches where close to a B road which was a little noisy but not too bad.

Lots of room for children to run around but also out so you can keep an eye on them.

Really close to the South Downs,

We will be back in 2021
