We stayed here on may bank holiday. Would not stay here again. There is no laundry room washing clothes ie washer or dryer and there is also no washing up facility to wash your pots and pans, just a note above the sink that was not coupled up saying coming soon. I don't usually leave feedback but these are basic things needed on a site. Apart from the above thing, site really small looked bigger on pics but nicely maintained.

The Coachman caravan park is a excellent small adult only site. Dave and Alison the site owners are a lovely friendly couple. The grounds are immaculately kept. Each pitch is hard standing with electric and water. All the pitches are a good size, we have a large twin axle caravan and as we have been regulars to the Coachman for many years we have been on most of the pitches with no problems. There are two unisex toilets with showers that are always very clean and checked several times a day.
It is in an excellent location for Scarborough etc or Pickering and Whitby etc.
The village shop is only a short walk away, ideal for morning papers and essentials, Fish and chip shop in the village, plenty of dog walks nearby.
This is our favourite site and comes highly recommended, we regularly meet other repeat campers. 10 out of 10 Dave and Alison, keep up the good work.

Just back after a two night stay at Coachman Caravan Park, beautiful well kept site with 11 large pitches. Toilets and showers clean and tidy in a small rustic looking building, next to washing and waste disposal facilities, ideal for the size of site. Messages left on white board tell of many happy visits with people looking to return. Buses every hour to Scarborough, Pickering if like us you want to leave the motorhome parked up on site and with a pub next door serving good food what more could you want. Only saw the owners when we were leaving but as everything was set out so well did not need to both them, we did arrive late on the first night but our name was on the board with pitch number and with lights on the pitches all was well. Will return.

We loved this site. Well maintained, flat hard-standing and easy to find our booked plot even when arriving in the dark. Close to the A170 so a busy road, but no problem with road noise. We had a lovely quiet and relaxing weekend.
10 minute walk to bus stop so we enjoyed a day in Scarborough, next time we'll go the other way and visit Pickering. We have our own facilities, so didn't use the showers, but they looked spotless. Really friendly owners - we had booked to go 2 weeks ago, but had to cancel last minute as my mum was admitted to hospital, the owners were very understanding and didn't ask for any compensation.
Pub/Restaurant next door really lovely. Advise booking a table if you want a meal at a weekend.

We have just returned from this lovely site. The site has twelve pitches all with hook up and water on the pitch. 2 Toilets and showers, but we never had any trouble having to wait. 5 min walk to the Bus Stop to Scarborough in one direction and Pickering in the other. The Pub is just a 2 min walk as the site is just behind. We had a lovely meal in this old coaching house. We will certainly be going back again.

What a lovely site a credit to the owners the pitches are lovely with water and TV point the shower rooms are just like you would find at home lots of hot water. Pub right next door a lovely little village with a chippy butchers post office another pub. It is an adult only site so very peaceful. Plenty to do and places to visit Pickering Scarborough Whitby all within a 20 minute drive which ever way you go. We will be returning and very soon I hope

What a great little cosy caravan site, we have just spent 8 days there and loved it. The campsite is a good place for visiting Scarborough, Pickering, Filey, Bridlington and Whitby. The owners are really nice friendly welcoming hosts, they keep the site fully maintained with regular visits to the site. The facilities are really good, with water, electric and television all at each pitch. The toilet and showers are very clean and tidy. All the new people we met were all very friendly. We will be back next year definitely. Thank you very much for a great stay.

We almost want to give this site a bad review just to keep this little gem to ourselves. Owners are excellent hosts, keeping the site and facilities beautiful. Couldn't have been more helpful when our tv reception failed, loaning us an aerial lead. They clean and check the site regularly, facilities are spotless, and every pitch has it's own hook-up, tv point, and water supply - making it very easy to top up water tanks without having to move your van. If I'm really really picky, the only thing it lacks is washing up facilities - I find it a lot easier to wash pots and pans in a large sink, after a cooked breakfast, than in the little sink in the van but as I say, that's being really picky! Perhaps they might consider putting one in. Prices are very reasonable with no extras for electric, showers, dogs etc, a simple one payment, all in. Location is wonderful, and views to die for.
We give this site 100% thumbs up and will definitely be back.

Just spent a long weekend at the Coachman Park, could not ask for more. Well looked after site, excellent showers and toilets spotlessly clean. Good pitches with own water supply and aerial point.
Friendly helpful owners and very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble.
Pub next door which serves excellent food and village shop 5 minutes walk. The location could not be better, Scarborough, Whitby, North Yorkshire Moors and York all within easy reach.
We will certainly be back.

This is a great site we like to stay here it is our favourite place to stay in North Yorkshire.
The owners are very welcoming and this makes all the difference to enjoying your stay.
The two bathrooms have a shower toilet and washbasin have been remodelled and are kept spotlessly clean the site well looked after, the grass well cut and everywhere is clean. Each pitch has electric hook up, water tap and an aerial point.
Its a small quiet very private site and people tend to return again and again its very popular for small motorhomes and caravanners.
