Just got home from this lovely quiet site. Made to feel very welcome by john and kelly. Clean facilities and wash room.
Use of washer and dryer as well as fridge freezer and microwave if needed.
Also there is a games room with table football and pool table. Fishing is a must well stocked lake.

Excellent site for a quiet break within easy reach of Lincoln.
The site is clean and well maintained and the staff are very friendly. There's even a fishing lake if you want to be active.
The showers are excellent too
Clean and bright with plenty of hot water.

We’ve just spent 12 nights at this lovely site. Its everything you could want nice dog walk round the lake which is very well stocked with carp.
The toilet/showers are very clean always plenty of hot water with free showers.
The site fees are very good we had our own water & Ehu no extra charge for awning or dog.
We were very impressed with John the manager who never seemed to stop working keeping the site in perfect condition. We will be returning.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Lovely site with excellent clean showers and toilets. There is also a launderette but we didn't go in there. Very friendly owners and a beautiful lake to look out onto. A 10 minute drive takes you to a large Asda and Lincoln is only a short drive as is Newark.
We stayed on a hard standing pitch which has 16 amp EHU and a lovely view of the lake. Dogs are welcome (we don't have one) and there are walks close by.
We had awful weather during our stay so didn't get to explore much as we are whimps and like the warmth of the caravan, however time allowing we are hoping to come back during the summer and see it at its best.
This site did not disappoint and we look forward to coming back later in the year.

We have just come back from camperuk. It is a 5star site, at a great price. John and kelly who run it are so obliging. It is kept immaculate. Spotless facilities.
Cannot fault it. If you want a first class meal try the glass and bottle which is nearby.
Lincoln is a short drive away. We are an hour half away so one we will use often.

Now that we've found this place, it really is the only place to stay! We have been travelling back to our original home town for years, mostly staying in Hartsholme because of its proximity to the city centre, not because of its facilities, but 2 years ago, decided to try Camper UK, and have now been spoilt!
The site is really spotless, John & Kelly keep the facilities immaculate, the nearby Bottle & Glass serves delicious food, & is so dog friendly, and you are close to the by-pass (ring road) to visit other nearby places.
There are plenty of walking places nearby (close to the aforementioned pub, which is handy), but relaxing by the van, facing the stunning fishing lake, is so relaxing.
Can't fault it, nor the reasonable prices too - only gone up the £1 in the 2 years we've been visiting, at present, with no charges for any extras, £19 per night.

I have just spent 12 days at this site and it is one of the best sites I have been to, it is a little jem I will be returning at some stage.
If you like fishing this is for you and the warden John and his wife are so helpful.
Toilets and showers are spotless and nice level pitches. Found a nice eating and watering hole not to far from the site it is called the Railway at Thorpe on the Hill.
