A lovely site, well kept and clean. On the edge of a huge stony beach which was fab for kites.
I did find that the kids were bored a bit though and needed a bit more to do but this did not spoil the holiday.
We decided not to queue for fish and chips as the wait was forever.
Staff were friendly.
Pitches were very large, we were on a corner and found it excellent not to be overlooked.

Wonderful site with fantastic staff.
Split site due to one half being right on the sea front and the larger half slightly behind it.
Great pitches with plenty of space. There are two toilet blocks on the main site for which you need a key, both of an exceptional standard as usual.
The play area is next to the toilet block but isn't very big.
You walk out of the site, across the road then a little way across grassland to the pebble beach. If you turn left you can walk to Lowestoft right along the beach which becomes sandy as you approach Lowestoft.
If you turn right you enter a nature reserve for ground nesting birds a little way away from Kessingland.
You can catch a bus into Southwold which is a beautiful place to visit and well worth the trip.
There is a Fish and Chip van on site twice a week and a Fish and Chip shop a short walk from the site. There is the Waterfront resturant 5 mins from the site and a Pub just a little further so eating in the area is no problem. There are a few shops in Kessingland and all the information is in the site information hut.
Very impressed with this site.

My husband doesn't like to make plans & so decided on Friday afternoon to getaway for the weekend. We called White House site office and booked a few hours before we set off, we did tell the staff that we would be arriving late & the staff said that they would wait for us to arrive. We arrived at the site around 7.30pm. Staff v.Friendly & helpful. Usual standard for a caravan club site, amenities and site very Clean & tidy. Large pitches & plenty of hardstanding were available.
Our two dogs enjoyed their weekend break at White House Beach too, as they got to run freely on the beach, which is just a 2 mins from the main site. They were also welcomed into the local pub, Sailors Home & Restaurant. Landlord and staff very Welcoming. The food looked lovely & seemed to be reasonably priced, we didn't eat there though. Lager is £3 for a pint of Stella, which I have to say, went down a treat! There is another restaurant in Beach Road, just near the entrance of the caravan site; The Waterfront, which was very Busy on was the Sunday. There is a local Chinese Takeaway, The Pearl opp. The Police Station, in Church Road. Strange little place, but the food is lovely. There is a local chippy, which closes at 9pm. We love Indian food, but I think the nearest takeway is in Lowestoft Town.
Supermarket (Morrisons) just 5-10 mins drive, Africa Alive is just 5 mins away & Car boot sale on Sundays is in the same turning as Africa Alive.
Had a lovely, peaceful weekend. The only down side was that it did not stop raining from Friday through to late Saturday afternoon. Sunday was glorious, we stayed on site until around 1.30pm to soak up some rays - was not questioned!
Would recommend this site to couples only, as there isn't anything there for children or teens.

Spent the week leading up to the end of May bank holiday 2008 at this site. Usual high quality that you expect from the Caravan Club. We only used the small toilet block which had one of everything for both sexes, there was a larger block over the other side. Decent sized grass pitches and plenty of hardstanding, some of the grass pitches need levellers. Staff all very helpful. Fish and Chip van on site on Friday evening 1730-1830 (reasonably priced). Got very windy at times, enough to warrant storm straps but there were high winds across large areas of the country that week so it was to be expected.
There is a second section of the site across the road and beyond that access to the shingle beach.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if you visit we can recommend the Waterfront restaurant which was mere yards from the site.

We spent a week here in summer 2007. Choice of pitches which was nice, we chose a grass pitch and found it to be OK space wise for a large van. Only one car allowed on the pitch.
Toilets and showers excellent.
Wardens helpful and sensible - saw one 'jobsworth' caravanner complain to them because someone had parked their car on the 'wrong' side and get short shrift (very politely!)
Site was wet, but then everywhere was wet summer 07 and there was nothing anyone could do about that.
On site washing machines ok but dryers took forever to dry a load and were pricey.
Access could be quite tricky with a big outfit - through a narrow bit of street with houses and parked cars then a tight semi-blind bend. This may be why they have now limited the outfit size they allow.
All in all a nice base site for visiting the area.

This site is approx 8 acres of mixed hardstanding and grass, close to a very large shingle beach. The showerblocks are spotlessly clean and the wardens friendly and helpful. The hardstanding pitches we don't favour as it feels like staying in a carpark. The grass pitches were OK, if a little close to your neighbours. There was a very small play area for 'tinies' and the reception sold some basics. It wasn't one of the more aesthetically attractive sites we've been to, but nevertheless, we had a relaxing weekend mainly due to the gorgeous weather which meant we spent most of the weekend enjoying the great outdoors.

Caravan Club sites usually are open either early in the season or all year.
As always this site met all expectations for cleanliness, friendliness and lovely locality.
The pitches are really well maintained and spaced out.
I would definitely say it's worth joining the Caravan Club to be able to enjoy these good sites.

We stayed on the beach side of the site, but on one of the back row pitches where awnings were allowed. Still had a nice view of the beach and handy for a nice stroll along the shingle. Only a small facilities block here but then only a small no. Of pitches on this part.
Was gorgeous weather when we were there - can imagine it is pretty exposed when the wind gets up, which it can do with a vengeance on this coast. Don't let that put you off this site, just bear the forecast in mind when deciding whether you want a beach-side pitch or not!
Wardens very friendly and helpful.
Will we go back? Quite possibly

Usual high Caravan Club quality and very, very clean and quiet. Stayed on the main site as the beachside one doesn't allow awnings since smaller pitches (and rather prone to sea 'breezes'. Large modern toilet block and a smaller but even higher quality one too. Small but well kept playground. Shop only sells ice creams and good value aerial extension leads for £10 (i think) which you WILL need. Fish and chip van visits weekly and there is an excellent restaurant just outside the site. Large Morrisons a 5 minute drive. Only one gripe, when you check in note the list of half dozen pitches marked as prone to waterlogging before you drive around and pick yours - I wish I had. All pitches were good size though and almost all very level.

July 2004 Great site - excellent clean toliet blocks. Very friendly wardens.
Handy to nip along to the shingle beach about 3 minutes walk away. However, you could choose one of the pitches that are on the beach front (need to book in advance, and no awnings allowed).
Pitches weren't that big, but you could choose from grassy or hardstanding.
If in the area again, will return.
