Excellent! This was our first experience with the CC and we were very impressed. Wardens extremely helpful and friendly.
Plenty of room on pitches, spotlessly clean, nice play area for the kids (though ours are grown up now). 2 mins from the shingle beach and good for walking the dogs.
The site is split into 3 areas. Two on the main site and the third just through a small gate, over the road and adjacent to the beach (the third was all hardstanding).
The area is very good for sightseeing, near to the broads and yarmouth or go south down the coast to Southwold-wonderful little place with the colourful beach huts (that apparantly cost a fortune!!), its like stepping back in time at Southwold and well worth a visit! We also visited the Suffolk Wildlife Park which is about 1 1/2 miles from the site - excellent time had there.
We did loads in the five days we were there (so much for a relaxing time LOL)and we will definitely go back if and when we visit that area again!

Usual Caravan Club standards. well spaced out.
Well stocked shop and pool on nieghbouring site.
Pebble beach with a little sand on door step. A very peacefull strip of beach, with clean bathing water.
