This was our very first trip in a tent. For an August Bank holiday there weren't many guests there, but still an enjoyable weekend. Clean, tidy and staff were friendly. There is a games room and outside swimming pool. Best beach. A few miles from St Ives and ideal spot for sight seeing the SW of cornwall.
Would go back again and again.

This was the best place ever to camp. It was pricey but well worth the scenery . Hayle is rather industrial but you will be bowled over by Beachside and the beach ( miles of it ). Carbis Bay was incredulous with white, sandy beaches and torqouise sea. St Ives is nearby and Beachside is a great place to stay and travel around . There were many families from Germany, France and Spain on site and it gave it a very different feel to other campsites.

an excellent camp site just 200 metres from miles of beautiful beaches . the facilities were basic but very clean and in good working order. the water was always hot and there were plenty of showers which were free. very good facilities for families small football pitch, volleyball games room bar shop washerette all on site and some good pubs within walking distance , the bucket of blood being the nearest with good value bar meals . everyone we dealt with at the site from the shop to the information centre was very friendly and always willing to help all in all a great camp site .
