 Excellent site. Very peaceful and relaxing, plenty of space between units. Clean toilets. Nice and level field. Found fantastic pub/restaurant in Old Dalby and had excellent meal. Good fishing, good surrounding area for walking, all in all we had a fab weekend. Didn't stay long enough to have further exploration of local area but would definitely return here.

Pike Oaks Farm is an ideal, quiet, well kept, site, run by a very friendly family who make you very welcome. Toilet facilities are very clean. Fishing lake is well stocked and a very pleasant environment. Keyworth is only 3mls away with all facilities required. Melton Mowbray is 10mls away for the enjoyment of the renowned pies, sausages, and cheese.
We are the three ladies with two dogs at the top of the field. We will certainly return to this site.

Just had a weekend at this site and it was great, if your looking for peace and quiet in pleasant surroundings its ideal. Clean toilet and wash basin and every where well kept and the owner very friendly and helpful
The weekend we spent here the weather was poor but we still enjoyed it and will be going back. Fishing was good in the pleasant well stocked fishing lake.

Had a very enjoyable couple of days here. Site is very clean and tidy, grass area well looked after, toilet very clean. Nice welcoming flowers outside office. Owner very friendly and keen to make a success out of this reasonably new CS. Hubby did some fishing, caught lots of small carp.
We were the only ones on site so our dogs had the run of the place.
Not sure if there was an option to pitch on other side from where there are hookups if electric not required.

A nice quiet site (apart from the occasional plane). Field mown, slightly sloping, but in good condition, and drinking water close by. Very pleasant and helpful owners.
Only one toilet, but that was never a problem with the numbers on the site. Make sure you take green chemicals. Didn't fish, or use the local pubs, but are very likely to go back.

We were one of the first to visit this site. The owners were extremely friendly, not only offering advice but also interested in receiving your views. The field is slightly sloping, well mown and in very good condition. There is a wc with basin next to the office, (the owner did say he was considering adding a shower).
There is a well stocked fishing lake, I caught all day but it would be nice to be able to use a keep-net. Widmerpool has no pub or shops, Keyworth is a short drive away with all the facilities that you would expect to find in a large village.
This site is near the flight path of East Midlands airport, however, I am petrified of planes but found them fascinating and not at all annoying. Only organic chemicals can be used in the cdp this is sold on site. We will definitely be visiting more than once this year
