Had a great time at this site - owners lovely people who can't help enough. Nice size pitches even in the overflow field ( bit of a walk to loo, but hey ho ) the pool is nicely kept, and loos and showers very clean with plenty of hot water.
Would highly recommend

This site is highly recommendable!! My better half and I visited the last weekend in April. You may remember the glorious sunshine that weekend?
We were welcomed and made to feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The owners and staff are very friendly, polite and genuine. All instructions and directions were explained well.
The pitch itself gave more than ample room for our 6 berth tent plus car, with excess space for the same again!
Although I was slightly jealous of the pitch adjacent, next to the fish pond. Ask for pitch C37. You could get a circus tent in there!
The on site facilities were impressive. Always clean, well lit and secure. No waiting!
This well kept site is set in beautiful, tranquil and relaxing surroundings.
The pricing structure is more than reasonable.
Keep up the good work Mr & Mrs H plus helpers!

We took our children and stayed for a short break. The site and surrounding area is very picturesque. The village of Graffham was very quiet. No shops within walking distance although the shop on site was well stocked (husband glad - they had a fridge with cold beer!). If you can't be bothered to cook we had a really nice Indian just around the corner from the site! The site was well kept, the outdoor pool was clean and warm. Very 'green' - recycycling etc very evident.The only minor problem we had was that the ground was very hard and difficult to get in pegs in some places! Definately worth going up to Graffham Waters nearby, great for the kids. We are going back for 10 days in August. Reasonably priced. Well deserves the awarded 4 stars.

we found the owners and wardens to be very friendly and helpful. The main part of the site had been fully booked as it was a last minute get away, but they have an over flow field called the paddock which is sheltered and fairly flat. this was fine but a bit of a walk to the toilets and showers (it was reflected in a discount on the usual price)the facilities are not the hieght of fashion but they were clean, well designed and the water was always warm when we used them with no additional cost.it seemed to be a very popular site with families. I would recommend this site but book early if you don't want a bit of a trek to the loo in the middle of the night.

sept 2002
stayed at old manor for a weekend in sept 2002 and had a fantastic time
the campsite was ideal for tents and people with dogs and although quite noisy because of the number of children was ideal for a short break.
facilities were fantastic and the owners very friendly ideal for exploring grafham water, will definately be going back
