August 2004 What a great site this is. We just got back after spending a week camping here and before we left booked a week for next year (never done that before)! Owners are really great people and the site is absolutely spotless - including toilets/shower/washing-up areas. Although no shop on-site, the local shop van visits every morning between 9.30 and 10 a.m. with everything you need for breakfast, daily papers etc and very reasonably priced.
Our 13 year old daughter really enjoyed her stay - which is a bonus in itself! She spent alot of time on the playing field and mixed with lots of kids of all ages having a great time on the rope slide and other equipment -all very safe and monitored by CCTV. I think the dog really enjoyed it too, once he got used to the resident Great Dane (Roby)and the German Shepherd. I think he was particularly impressed with the dog exercise field which he frequented daily at least twice either with or without his beloved frisbie!!
There are some slopey pitches but mainly flat and all are well kept - tents and touring caravans are mixed together which breaks up the landscape a bit - but the views across the site are lovely anyway. We met some really great people here without having to frequent a noisy on-site club - no lads or ladets on this site, just a great family/couples site.
This is a must go to site - Tenby is lovely and the beaches are fab, again spotlessley clean. We loved it and can't wait to go back next year. Cindy, Peter, Ali and Marley the dog. p.s. My sister and family were staying on a site nearby and visited us on Trefalun and she's booked on this site for next year too!!!

July 2004 My family and I have been camping for the last 4 years and this is definatley the best site we have been to so far.The owners were really friendly and helpful keeping us up to date on weather forecasts. The site itself was very well maintained and the toilets and showers were always spotless, the showers cost 20p for 4 mins. There is also a seperate room with a baby bath and changing area which is very useful. The site also has 2 donkeys which the children are allowed to feed, as well as rabbits and guinea pigs which our children loved. The site was very relaxed about children using bikes, scooters etc and has a wonderful play area. The site has no shop although a local store van visits every morning with bread, milk etc. The neighbouring site also has an outdoor pool, bar and restaurant which you can use for a small fee..£2.50 for an all day swimming pass! All in all a very enjoyable stay in a lovely location.

June 2004 We loved this site. It is reasonably priced with excellent facilities. Nice clean toilets and showers, an excercise field for dogs, childrens playground, the owners were very friendly and helpful. Although there was no shop on site Tenby and Saundersfoot were only a five minute drive and there were plenty of shops there.
It's in a very good location, lots of things around to do - great walking + beaches. We also went to Redberth Lodge a restaurant about 10 minutes away which was absolutely delicious (approx £60 for three courses for two people and a bottle of wine). We only booked for four nights but loved it so much we stayed an extra two and still didn't want to come home!

May 2004 Excellent site - agree with everything said by previous reviewer... clean showers, toilets, brilliant playground for children, great location, etc etc! Although there is no shop, a local shop van visits the site every morning (something we discovered at the end of our holiday) and there is an excellent farm shop nearby as well. Highly recommended site we will definately be visiting again.

28th to 31st May 04 The wife & I spent a very pleasent Bank Holiday weekend at the site (Friday night to Monday morning). We found the owners very pleasant & informative, the site was very clean, well laid out & plenty of room for children to play, also a very good play area laid out, climbing frames & swings etc. The toilets & shower block were very clean & plenty of hot water at all times of the day, there are plenty of hook ups & enough water taps. The site is well sign posted.

Aug 2003 What a great site for our first family camping holiday. The pitches were large enough to have a little privacy and the owners were very pleasant. There were picnic benches available throughout the site. Children and dogs both welcome. There was a fantastic park for the children and the dog had his own exercise area too. The showers were clean and cost 20p for 4 minutes which we found ample time (sometimes enough for 2 people!) Facilities also included a pot washing room, laundry (£1.40 for washing machines and 20p for the driers), and you can even borrow an iron from the office (just 20p in the slot for the electric). Site was in a good location for many of the local attractions with a wildlike park and childrens activity park in walking distance. Only thing missing for me was a camp shop, but Tenby is only a short drive away and the Londis and Somerfield supermarkets did us proud! If visiting this part of the country again we would definitely return.
