We had a fabulous week here. The facilities are clean and warm and we never experienced a que for showers. The staff at reception (and on the bins!) were very pleasant and helpful. The camping field is on a slope but luckily they had reserved us a pitch right at the top. In fact the number of tents did seem to be limited to avoid camping on the steepest parts. Pitches are a little too close for privacy would be my only concern and the wind was felt keenly at times. My 3 children and my nephew had a fabulous time and therefore so did we!

First empressions what a lovely clean site, this was our first time camping so we didnt have anything to compare it with but I have to say the staff are friendly and helpful and the park is kept lovely. When I booked it I did think that because there was not much there do for the children they would become bored but they had a great time.

The showers and toilets are kept clean, there are dish washing, ironing and clothes washing facilities available and also ice packs frozen for 10p a block at the shop which comes in handy if you do not have electric hook up. The facilities never got very busy that you had to ait. We went for a walk into Saundersfoot took 25 minutes down a cobbly road.
I would definetly like to return there.

Best site we have stayed on. Well kept camping area, grass seemed to be mowed daily. Toilets and shower areas are cleaned daily sometimes twice a day. Only camp site we have stayed on with dishwashing facilities and with FREE hot water too.
Small shop keeps the essentials.
Camping area has a slope but when we were there nobody was camping on the slope either at the top or bottom of slope. Staff are helpful and friendly.
Only niggle was that we were put right opposite the bins BIG problem with wasps - not the sites fault the wasps - but the bins would be better placed away from the tents. When we did complain about the problem the did empty the bins every couple of hours which seemed to reduce the wasp numbers.
You can walk into Saundersfoot from the site but the walk down the bank is a bit 'risky' no pavement and really steep to walk back up takes about 20mins.
We will definatley stay on theis site again. Might even treat ourselves and stay in one of the lodges or cottages they have there.

Excellent site - ended up extending our stay by a couple of nights.

Well kept, with pleasant and helpful staff.

As other reviewers comment, part of the tent field is on "a bit of a slope" - I would say it's more than "a bit", but the staff do what they can to let you pitch at the top or bottom of the slope where it is flat.

Only niggle, which I can't confirm, is that my wife reckons the ladies shower block is not cleaned often enough - could be her being too fussy, who knows.

All in all, we are likely to return at some point.

Excellent site. Camping field is on a bit of a slope so as it gets fuller you might not be very flat. But where we were was flat and close to the toilet block which was fine & clean, toilet paper provided which was good.

Simple shop sells the necessary. Very helpful staff. Kids playground fairly limited but better than nothing!

Easy to find & get to. Nice shady walk to Saundersfoot - a little far for a fed up 3 year old but certainly worth it.

Excellent park with very friendly and helpful staff. The whole site is picturesque and very clean.
We had a tent in what is quite a spacious field. There can be a pretty strong crosswind at times which makes pitching a bit difficult but nothing too strenuous.
Shower blocks and toilets are very well kept. Tokens are available at reception for the showers, ironing, washing facilities. Unused tokens are refunded.
The grass appears to be cut every other day. The bins are emptied first thing each morning.
The walk into Saundersfoot is a pleasant stroll but bear in mind to save a bit of energy for the return trip - it does get pretty steep.
All in all the site is highly recommended and I'm very looking forward to returning in the summer.

This site comes highly recommended I can't wait to visit again. It is immaculate, well cut grass spotlessly clean etc. They even have music playing in the showers......quality. We had a touring caravan but there is plenty of room for camping (seperate field)and there are also pine lodges which appear to be very nice aswell as small cottages.

It is only a short walk from Saundersfoot along a very picturesque path of about 1 mile, it takes about 25 mins for a lazy stroll and you come out on the front in Saundersfoot, beware the path does get a little steep but not too bad at all.
The staff on the site a very very helpfull.
hope you enjoy as much as we did!!!!!
