This site is just off the main road and along a short lane. It is open and tiered. Most of the pitches are seasonal, when we stayed they were mostly unoccupied. There just seemed to be one row for touring caravans and motorhomes. Also a tent field. We paid £5 for the electricity metering system, although we did not use all of the credit in 5 days and could not have a refund. The public bus did not go past the lane on the main road, the only way to get to Tenby was by either taxi (£8. 00 each way) or by walking down to Saundersfoot on the lane, (which took approx. 20 mins) and catching the bus (£2. 00). There were covered washing up sinks which were good. Plentiful of hot water. There were 3 showers in the ladies, which worked by pressing a button. They were clean, although no mop to clean afterwards for the next person. The lady on reception was pleasant, although the reception was closed on Wednesdays and Sundays and also closed at 3. 30.

Just returned from a fab couple of weeks at Moreton Farm Leisure Park, we have be coming to this park for the past 10 years and can honestly say what a massive improvement the new owners have made. The tent pitches are now very spacious and better set out, the electric is now on a metering system so you pay for what you use (much better way!) rather than £3. 00 per day which can be a little expensive if all your doing is charging a phone The park is ideal for a family holiday; our children loved playing in the small play area / park and were always chatting to the members of staff that were working in the reception next to the park. We have stayed on many holiday parks over the years but can honestly say that this is one of the best parks for cleanliness, helpful and friendly staff and location, we will definitely be returning again next year, Keep up the good work.

Have just returned from a weeks stay at this site and would certainly use again if visiting this part of the country in the future. Kids enjoyed the play equipment provided.
Positives:
- A quiet site
- Clean facilities
- Very friendly and helpful staff
- Close proximity to Saundersfoot (20 min walk)
- 15 min drive to Tenby
Negatives:
- No on site shop.

Well. After 20yrs of going to this site I can honestly say that we won't be visiting again! Harsh words for the start of a review.
I have previously given rave reviews regarding this site, but under the new owners this site has gone down in my estimation and after speaking to other visitors to the park none of the campers were happy with the changes that have been made.
Moreton Farm prided itself on the great atmosphere that was achievable with families being able to interact with each other but with the new 'improved' pitches there simply wasn't enough space for the children to play together. Gone is the large camping field in favour of seasonal tourers.
Now. Let's talk about some of the other issues with the site. Two member of staff were extremely rude, one being the manager and the other being the cleaner who we were later informed is the owners wife. Please be aware that if you have a criticism don't bother complaining as you will not be believed. The toilets just weren't clean, apparently they're cleaned 4 times per day however there was no real evidence of this. Upon our arrival on the 17th August there was a pubic hair at the top of one of the urinals on the wall. This was still there 10 days later! One of the showers kept flooding despite numerous visits to reception to advise them of this and one shower wouldn't work properly if the other showers weren't being used. The toilet paper was continually out and in general just weren't clean. Bear in mind that there is now only one toilet and shower block to cater for 54 pitches! As the seasonal get their own. Also new for this year are card meters for electric. If like us all you're using the hook up for is one light and 3 mobile phone chargers we were told we could only put a minimum of £5 electric on. We started with 36kw and finished with 29. 94kw. Now the park can get the money back on this but the customer can't. So they must be making huge profits on the electricity which I feel is a little unfair. I have never been to a site that has this type of system in place.
All in all our experiences has tarnished our holiday experience and we won't return to the park until new owners are in place.

Our first visit to this site was early July and enjoyed it so decided to pitch caravan til end of season. Hopefully the weather will be nice for rest of summer and we will be back and fore many times. Only little problem we found was toilets often ran out of toilet paper especially when there were quite a few campers on site, which also meant you had to wait as only 3toilets & 3 showers in main block. There is another toilet block which appears to be for the proper seasonal pitches but we started to use it as was quieter although a little further to walk.

Just back from a wonderful weekend at our favourite site in Pembrokshire. Somewhat apprehensive beforehand to find out that it had changed ownership since our last visit but it didn't make much difference to us. The tent pitches are now on a new dugout/levelled area which does make it more formal but should make it easier to drive onto on wet days. As we were the only tent there we still had our lovely peaceful view of the surrounding countryside. For us the best change was that the coin operated showers were now push button and lovely! It was the only draw back that we'd ever found with the previous ownership. The few staff that we did encounter were all pleasant and friendly.

This campsite is large and has different areas for tents, caravans, etc. We were in a tent. The tent field was large and flat with decent sized pitches next to a large sloping field which the children used for ball games, etc. There was a toilet block/showers and washing up area very close by - handy for night visits and carting dirty plates, etc to and fro. The block could get very busy first thing and often ran out of toilet paper early morning, but it was regularly cleaned. The cleaners threw away anything left behind, so don't forget to bring things back to your tent - they won't be there the next day. About half the pitches on the field had electrical hook up. The site had a playground which lots of children used, although ours preferred to stay near us and on the field. There were facilities for laundry and freezing iceblocks, although these could only be changed while the office was open which wasn't easy if you were out until late.
We spent most of the time off-site enjoying the local area. The site in on a busy road so most times we used the car to go out but there is a lovely but steep walk down to Saundersfoot from the campsite. Other recommendations are (obviously!) the local beaches, but in particular the children enjoyed the trip to Caldey Island, the Tudor Mechant's House in Tenby, Pembroke Castle, Manorbier Church, Castle and Beach (these are really close together) - if your children have studied the Tudors at school, they are even more interesting as they all have Tudor connections!
Overall we enjoyed being on the campsite, but used it as a base for other activities rather than as a place to sit and relax.

We'll our annual camping holiday came and went. Far too quickly for my liking.
We have stayed at Moreton Farm many times before and were a little apprehensive when we found out the site was under new ownership. I am happy to report that the change of ownership hasn't overly affected this beautiful site in Pembrokeshire.
We were very fortunate with the weather but this led to a serious 'Wasps' issue. The owner could have placed wasp traps around the site or perhaps emptied the bins more frequently to help reduce the number of wasps buzzing around.
The toilet block was clean, but not overly clean which was a disappointment. You could never smell the cleaning products and again could have been cleaned. Out more often. I was told by my other half that the ladies showers were blocked and a lack of loo paper, but this was quite quickly resolved. It seems that male campers are cleaner than the ladies. Hahaha
You will be glad to hear that the token system for the showers has now been replaced with a simple push button switch and are now free.
The tent pitches are now huge! We have a Vango Tigris 800xl and it was dwarfed by the size of the pitch. The new owners have also reduced the number of tent pitches so the site feels less crowded.
My only real negative comment would be the loss of the on site shop. You have to travel approx 1/4 of a mile on a very busy section of road to get to the nearest shop.
All in all a very enjoyable stay and we look forward to staying again next year. I would whole heartedly recommend this site to all campers. Whether experienced or newbies.
Keep up the good work guys.

It is difficult to give a full review of the site, as apart from a few people staying in the holiday cottages, we were the only people on the site until the last night (we stayed for 4 nights the final night being Friday). This was understandable as it was mid-week, not school holidays, and the weather was pretty bad most of the time. The site was pretty flat and the toilets and showers were modern and clean, and heated. You needed 2 tokens for a decent shower but it was cheap enough. There is no club or shop on site, but there is a small play area for children. It is a few minutes drive into Saundersfoot which is a lovely little seaside town with glorious beaches, and Tenby is about 10 mins drive away, and has everything. You can walk into town via the bridlepath, which is about a mile. The path is very steep however and not lit, so I would recommend a taxi back at night - costs £6 so well worth it. Campsite owners were friendly and helpful, and there is a good pub in Saundersfoot, the Royal Oak, although their meals are overpriced. The Mermaid resturant is a bit expensive but very good fish dishes, no complaints there. I would go back there.

I chose this site because of good reviews. I was not disappointed. Very friendly staff. Each pitch is marked out and some are quite small.
We were lucky, we were due to go on one pitch but when I arrived I was told that there might be someone on my pitch. She asked me to go and look and if it was the case come back. I did go back and she found me another pitch which turned out better than the first as there was no one arriving on the pitch next to mine. She even came up to make sure we were happy.
Toilets and showers were spotless. They were even being cleaned at 10pm! Very clean. The park had swings and a climbing frame with slide and was very good quality. I would go back again.
Only draw back, you have to have a car to go somewhere in the night. Even though the nearest pub is only a stone throw away, it is on a 40 mph road with no pavement.
