July 2005 Turned up late at night still got offered a cup of tea. Lovely level site, set by river, excellent showers and toilets. The campsite has a very peaceful atmosphere. Very friendly owners (thanks for the barbeque) who provided some of the best thunder and lightening we have every seen!!!!! Good for stop-over if you're on your way to southern France or Spain with the opportunity to re-charge your batteries. Will call again. Thanks Stu and Jo.

June 2005 We were very pleased of your very nice camping. The region is beautiful, the camping is very quiet and it's is very clean. I only had one problem in june and that was the day that we had to go home. We wanted to stay but I had to go to work and that was my problem. But.....we'll be back in August.

May 2005 Went to this campsite on recommendation of a friend, and was very pleased we did. We received a very warm welcome by our hosts Stuart and Jo May who have a new addition to their family of six months, young Louis. We arrived quite late in the day and was immediately looked after by Stuart. Everything we wanted was supplied and we soon settled in. After looking round the area the next day we returned to the campsite. Our hosts were just starting up the BarBQ and invited us to join them. We had a splendid evening with them, which really boosted us and really kicked off our vacassion to a great start. We enjoyed our stay so much we decided to stay for our full 10 days and use the farm for our base. Our conclusion was that it is a pretty location with good facilities, with nice owners who are helpful. We will definitely return next year and perhaps this, if we can make it. A first class holiday made enjoyable by our hosts. Highly recommended, five stars from us.

April 2005 This was our first camping experience in France, We found this site easily and on arrival had a very friendly welcome. Stuart & Jo were very accomodating offering whatever help they could in getting us set up and the children settled with activites whilst we were setting up our pitch. They kept us informed of all the events going on in the region and of places to eat and see. We had a great time here and with lots of places of interest around like Loches, Le Blanc, Tours and Poitiers to name a few there is always things to do, and with 3 children you can imagine how important that is for us. This is a site I will be visiting again and will recommend to anyone.

March 2005 This is a lovely site with very friendly owners. We felt as if we were visiting friends, not turning up as complete strangers. When we arrived the facilities were not completely finished, but everything was being done to a very high standard. The camping field is very large with a stream running by the side with fish (trout, I think) in it and there are some large hardstanding bays. A new hardcore road has been built running right round the site. There is also a small island, which would be a lovely place to sit and read/sleep/meditate in the summer. A very calm and relaxing place to be. The surrounding area seemed very attractive, but not too busy, with the interesting and very old town of Loches only about 10 miles away. If you want French rural idyll with your comfortable camping then this is it!
