Stayed at hear for 1 week. Nice quite site, if you have a dog or dogs even, you can't go wrong. Lovely owners Mr. & Mrs Seddon plus family and dogs are very friendly and nothing is TOO much trouble, they are full of information on where to go and see.

We could not get a TV picture, but we where fine with that, until along came Mr. Seddon with a rather large arial and that solved the problem THANK YOU MR. Seddon.

The site is good value for money stay for 7 nights and get the 7th night free.

The site is a good place to stay, to vist the coast and tour the area or just relax and try to see the red squirrels if you are lucky. !

The pub is not walkable but well worth a vist, the portion sizes are big, and value for money.

It's a site we would go back to if in that part of the country again.

Only 1 fault the showers are a little tired, need a good steam clean, but they where hot and did the job.

We had a wonderful stay on this site. The site was lovely, totally relaxed and we felt on holiday. The family could not do enough for us. The dogs had a wonderful time. The facilities were great for the dogs with a field and woods. We also stayed here last year. Will make this a yearly visit.

Stayed here for a week - The site is ok but the toilets and showers need updating and a good clean. The fees were only £15 per night and for a week - you get the seventh night free so it only cost us £90 for the week. The owners are friendly and will help you if you need anything. We may go back here - still undecided. Good base for visiting and the pub in the village (Not walkable unless you are very good walkers. ) does good meals.

A nice friendly site set amidst beautiful scenery. The coast is just a couple of miles away with unspoilt seaside villages. The facilities are clean and functional. It is easy to get to and so even though the site is isolated and quiet there are major roads a couple of miles away in each direction. The local hotel was good as was the drift cafe just along the coast.

Really enjoyed our stay here, we have rebooked for April. This is a small campsite, it has two areas for tents, there are a few static caravans and regulars who pitch there for the full season. We found them to be very friendly and helpful.

The owners allowed us to choose a pitch, next to the caravans, which was big. We have a outwell Vermont, with a front extension and still had room to put up a wind breaker. The campsite is surrounded by woodland, great for our dogs, they loved it. There is a small block in the middle of the site with showers (cost 50p), toilets and laundry, they are basic but clean and adequate, they do not have any other amenities but local shops are not far. The owners are friendly, they gave us information about the local area. Then they leave you to enjoy your camping.

This site is very close to Druridge bay country Park & Beach.

We stayed here for one week in July 2013 in a tent with family in a caravan also. The park owners were lovely and friendly and could not do enough to help us, very nice people indeed. The park is fairly easy to find and is also a great place to explore Northumberland from. This is quite a small site but my three small kids enjoyed themselves here. Amazing value for money, cannot believe how good the rates are. I would definitely stay here again if I was going to that part of the UK. We had a lovely holiday here.

This is a very nice secluded little site, , with nothing to do but relax. Larry and his wife are very nice people and were very hospitable. No shop or anything on site but local shop not far away. Lovely walks for the dogs in the wood. Not a lot for kids to do, would need to take own activities. Nevertheless, lovely if the weathers nice and there was no pressure to get off the site on departure day. We will be back.
