We found it very easy to book this site, with good information provided before we set off. The site was easy to find, not far from the M5. We didn't hear any traffic noise and as it was a BH the road was very busy. The pitch sizes are great with a selection of hard standing and grass. The wardens were very friendly and always on hand for information and advice. The toilet and shower facilities were a great size and always spotless. The site is very close to Taunton and there is a big supermarket and garage about a mile away (Sainsbury's I think!). The roads around the site are ideal for cycling although you have to come back the same way or you end up on a busy A road. Dogs are welcome and there is plenty of areas to exercise them. I would highly recommend this site.

We just got back from a long weekend at this site. What can I say. What a super little site. Very well kept and the toilets were second to none. Nice level gravel pitches and well drained. We did have a little rain,, like about 3 inches in a few hours. As stated, you do get some noise from the near by M5 but after a short time you dont even notice that it is there. I think the site is better suited to people with out children as there is nothing to keep little tommy entertained. We would certainly return to this site with out hesitation.

Very nice level site with the cleanest toilet facilities I have ever used on a campsite. In fact the whole site is immaculately maintained. The wardens were very friendly and helpful. The site is only two miles from the Centre of Taunton. Lovely to see the lambs in an adjacent field and unusual to see sheep grazing in a field with daffodils all around them. Our visit was at Easter 2007, quite busy but with a great atmosphere. Would recommend this site to anyone wishing to enjoy a long or short stay on a site near to a lovely town but in the countryside.

We visited this site for the Easter Weekend. It is ideally placed for visiting various places in Somerset and Devon. This site is beautifully laid out and the toilets and showers are superb, the underfloor heating making them very cosy (that's providing of course, that other people remember to shut the doors!). The pitches were level and spacious and well spaced, with water, electric and facilities all close by. The wardens were very friendly and made us very welcome immediately and were eager and ready to assist if we had any problems. An easy level walk into Taunton approx half an hour. With the quaint Trull about an hours walk away (some steep slopes), but you can get refreshment at the Winchester Arms, where we had a lovely meal. We would certainly return to this site as although you do get a certain amount of noise from the M5, it soon fades into the back ground and all the positives outweigh this slight negative. We would certainly recommend this site to our friends and family, for both camping and motorhomes / caravans.

We stopped here for the night on the way down to cornwall . What a lovely clean site . Showers and toilets were spotless best i`ve ever seen. Pitches were big and had a lot of room . We arrived late in the evening and a sign was outside reception telling us which pitch we were on , lovely not to have to wait around . I will be staying again at some point when travelling down to cornwall again .

What a lovely site for our first camping experience with helpful staff. The facilities were immaculate and the shower cubicles roomy. The pitches were level and spacious, easy to pitch up on. Whilst the addition of children's play area would be useful, we really didn't find it an issue at all. Would certainly recommend this anyone.

This is a beautiful and quiet site and it is hard to believe it is only just over a year old, it has excellent toilet/shower facility's, its only downside was the fact that it did not have a shop on site it only had a few items for sale in the reception area a bit more effort on this area from the owners would give me more reason to go back. The staff are friendly and helpful.

What a wonderful little site! Its very open, and only small number of pitches but the majority were hard-standing and the space between each was great! The toilets are modern and new. Top notch! The TV reception is awesome! You can walk into town in about 20 minutes along a string of footpaths, and the M5 is very close, perhaps too close as you can hear the traffic. Never the less a great site, ideal for a stop over on route to the west country

What an absolutely stunning site. All level hard standing pitches which were wide enough to have both the caravan & the awning on the gravel, as well as long enough to park your car in front of the caravan on the gravel. The washroom/toilet/laundry facilities were one of the best we have seen, absolutely spotless, which you would expect from a new site. I do however think that this site is best suited to couples, as there is nothing really for the kids to do.

We have just returned from Cornish Farm (I can’t help wondering why it’s called Cornish Farm when it’s in Somerset?!)
It is a new site, finished at Easter, previously, according to the warden, a CC CL site. It is very nicely laid out, with level pitches with large gravel, not pea shingle that gets everywhere. The toilet block was very nice, and it is new, not sure if 2 showers is sufficient in peak season though. On the downside, I felt that a playground for the kids might be a good idea and I also think that the owner/warden ought to understand that if you open all year the toilet floors are going to get muddy. Also as this site is a stone's throw from the M5, the noise from that was enough to put me off returning.
