What a beautiful part of the world - Anglesey, the views from the site are fantastic. Facilities are basic but clean and well kept, when the new shower block is finished it will be perfect. Stan and Ellen have been really helpful and friendly, first time there I wasn't confident reversing so Stan did it for me, 2nd time managed it myself. They keep a wide variety of animals, the most recent addition is a 3 week old donkey who is beautiful. Can't wait for our next visit, everywhere is only a short drive away, the beach, the shops whatever you want can be found in the local area. We like the peace and quiet you get here, we always feel at home, relaxed and secure, a long weekend passes too quickly, next time it will be a week. Try it yourself you wont be disappointed.

Abosolutely beautiful Caravan Park. We arrived on the Friday night to a warm and lovely welcome from the owners Ellen and Stan. The weather was glorious for the weekend. The site is spotless and very well kept, there is an area for bbq and the toilet block and toilets again were spotless. The beautiful animals they have on site, Minnie Shrek and Pollyanna the donkeys, are beautiful a must to take the children to see, also the Llamas and goats and chickens and the ostrich's they have. Fantastic views of the sea and beaches and the mountains I cannot recommend this place highly enough it is one of the best sites we have ever stayed at. And Ellen and Stan are only too willing to help in anyway they can, we will be returning again.

Our family of four ( two adults, two children aged 4 & 6 ) stayed here for a couple of nights to test out our Vango Diablo 600. We had a very warm welcome by the owners who are friendly and will do their very best to make your stay a good one. The site is a real gem. We pitched in the corner of the field, with an electric hook-up and were very happy there. It may seem odd, but we live only 2.5 miles from this site and we didn't know about it ! We found the loos, and the showers were absolutely spotless whenever we visited them. The lamas and donkeys are still there, along with some rheas and goats which delighted the children. The owners clearly care very much about their visitors and we will certainly be staying again throughout the summer. Being local, we knew the nearby pub, The Pilot Boat, which is about a 10-15 minute walk away and ate there in the evening. It does start getting busy around 6pm but the food is good, portions good and it's family friendly so kids are not a problem inside. The nearest beach, Lligwy,is superb ( but being local we may biased )with sand & rock pools. It's about a five minute drive away but you can walk down through fields to it, but that does take alot longer !

The three members of my family stayed at the site from 22-290807 in our very large Vango Diablo 900 XP tent. It is the sites first year, Stan and Ellen's first season as owners of a site and we found them very friendly and helpful. The site has the potential to be opened over four fields, three used during our stay, all are flat to gently sloping with electric hookup if required. This being the first season there were teething problems, as expected. A temporary loss of power to the hook ups and very narrow access to the fields being a sample. The facilities are very basic with a converted static caravan for the toilet block. This is only a temporary arrangement until planning permission is gained for the proper facilities. There are a number of sandy beaches near by, Benllech being the better and the closest to the shops for gas bottles, fuel, shopping, doctors etc. With mountain views to one side and the sea to the other, go on and visit the site. I am sure that the lamas and famous aptly named Shrek the donkey will welcome you. This is definitely a site to keep an eye on as it has a lot of potential. We will be returning.
