Nice small and quiet site, near village centre. No statics, only tents when we were there which i find a bonus. Toilet/shower facilities very basic but clean. Good location for travelling up to kielder water and plenty of walking/cycling to be done near by.

August 2004
Very tranquil farm campsite with farm animals. Very warm welcome and assistance. Adequate facilities and close to the village centre. Easy to Hexham, Otterburn (Mill) en good Stopover from or to Newcastle. Well stocked supermarket on walking distance and a great butcher (BBQ meat and advice!) Close to take away & pubs, EH, country views. Good sellection of leaflets about places of interest.
We've planned to return in 2005!

Nice peaceful farm friendly atmosphere, the children loved helping out on the farm. Must see Hareshaw Lin waterfall good walk, well worth it. Would visit site again. Wellies advisable.

Small site very close to all the village facilities, toilets and showers were nice and clean and in good working order.
The web site for this camp site is very informative and accurate.
Good walking country, close to Kielder Forest but without the midges.
Definitley reccomended.
