What an amazing site in the heart of the country side situated in a valley with amazing views.
A main railway line running at the back but could hardly hear it.
The showers and toilets are one of the best, heated all the time really lovely, all the amenities were ample.
On site is a dog grooming parlour which is handy.
The owners were very friendly and helpful.
We will certainly be visiting this site again.

This is a wonderful site - beautifully situated, immaculately maintained and with probably the best shower/toilet facilities we have ever come across.
The bathrooms are all-in-one with an enormous shower cubicle, very good water pressure, plenty of hot water and space to get dried and keep clothes dry.
There are two chemical disposal points (differentiated according to the type of chemical used), a recycling area and indoor washing up/ wash, dryer facilities.
The pitches - some of which are fully serviced - are a very good size with plenty of room for a full size awning.
We couldn’t have asked for more welcoming and helpful owners, and would definitely revisit the site, which is only a few minutes from Shaftesbury.

Absolutely brilliant site, a real jewel in the crown on the Dorset/Wilts border.
Great facilities, some fully serviced pitches (which we had, superb). Pitches superbly spaced to allow privacy and provide space to relax.
Very good washroom facilities, plus washing up & laundry room. Small dog exercise area but given the location, lots of brilliant walks and some superb sights/ villages.
Saving the best to last, the owners, Andrea & Graham were excellent hosts, nothing was too much trouble and very friendly, they run a great campsite and a very good farm.
Wholeheartedly recommend and will be returning.

Been before but facilities have been upgraded from really good to amazing!
Lovely site so clean, feels very private never crowded, nothing too much trouble for the owners, very helpful when our friends had a problem with their caravan, sorted with no hesitation•• extremely grateful for their help.
Will definitely be back.

I reviewed this site favourably in 2015, since then I have only been inspired to review 2 other outstanding sites. Back this month and the site does not disappoint.
The location is idyllic, the pitches spacious, the facilities top notch and spotless.
We intended to spend time out and about but with the fine weather we didn't leave the site so captivated by the ambience of this beautiful spot.
I have never seen our highly strung dog so relaxed, now that is some recommendation !

Very high calibre of site for a CL.
Lovely peaceful location with views of the farmland
Pitches have own water, hard standing, with bushes making each pitch feel very private.
There are also a number of showers and toilets. Extremely clean and well serviced. Also laundry room with washing up area and dog walking area.
It’s quite a long walk to the nearest villages with pubs and shop.
Owner is very friendly and helpful
