Great location but poor site. Very muddy.
Only 2 toilets. Only one shower which was actually located in one of the toilets so if someone was using the loo then the one and only shower was inaccessible. No hot water to the basins in the toilet.
The one electric shower was £1 coin operated. (£1 for just 5 minutes)
Overall very disappointing.

Lovely couple who own manor farm, very friendly,
Situated 5 min walk to the beach,
Freshwater holiday park is right next door for food and drinks,
I had to go back the following weekend because I liked it so much,
I will still go back again for more great walks.

Without doubt, we had the best spot to pitch on.
Part of the summer pop-up campsite that is separate from the certified site, tucked away next to the very friendly owner's house is their orchard.
Bliss, quiet (apart from occasional road noise), a stones throw from the village amenities and a short walk to the beach.
The only downside is the shower block is very basic and in need of some TLC, however, it does everything you want it to.

We loved the location of the campsite. It was very peaceful and the owners were very helpful.
We are self-contained so didn't need to use the shower or toilet. However, we took a look and were surprised at the lack of cleanliness.
I think for £25 per night (including electricity) it is not unreasonable to expect the facilities to be clean even if they are basic.
Overall though a great location for the 2 excellent village pubs, the beach and coastal path walks.

The site is situated in Burton Bradstock. The side gate onto the road going through the village and on the other side is The 3 Horseshoes gastro pub. Ideal!
Unfortunately what really put me off was the state of the ladies shower and toilet. It had obviously not been cleaned for years. There was an encrusted ring round the shower drain and everything, the shower panel, the grout, the hand basin and the toilet were disgustingly dirty. So much so that I had to put on the marigolds and gave the shower stall a clean before I used it. Even then I couldn't get it clean. Once was enough. I couldn't face having another shower.
The people who were at a rally in an adjacent field had their own facilities so not an issue for them. But for me clean showers and toilets are required.

Ideal location, not very attractive site, facilities very basic and tired, especially the the toilets/shower and wash up area.
A good scrub and a lick of paint would do the job.
Peter was very helpful and accommodating thank you

The site is in a rural setting and very quiet. Owner is very helpful and friendly.
There is a petrol station in the village selling selection of food and necessities.
But stops in the village to catch the Coastal bus. Two pubs in the village both serving food.
Toilet and a shower available on site.

A basic site but quiet and a convenient location.
We were staying with others, otherwise the lack of any hot water facilities for washing up pots would have been a bit of a hassle especially if the weather has been wet. When prompted they kindly topped up the toilet roll and soap.
It is walkable to 2 nice beaches (shingle), seemed popular with paddle boarders. The local park was great for the kids.
On a bus route to other places, and with a post office and petrol station to pick up small bits.

Fantastic location not far from coastal path and beach’s, nice dog walking location.
Small, basic camp ground = quiet, so perfect for us and our dogs. Hook ups available, hard standing pitches and grass pitches.
We didn’t use hook up and we paid £18 per night (check because there was no price quoted)
Would definitely stay again

I had good description how to reach the site.
Friendly welcome.
Flat pitch. Would have been nicer if glass and other bits of chimbeystuff etc had been cleared away.
Very private. Nice and quiet.
