Nice area for walks along canal. Camping fields a bit undulating so need to pick your spot on your pitch carefully, water near to pitch.
Facilities are near farmhouse and seemed to be kept clean, but are quite dated considering price paid for pitches.
Some road noise from main road also a bit of traffic to and from marina down the lane.
Barge Inn along canal about 40 mins walk was just ok as staff rather curt. 3 magpies pub off canal was better.
Farm shop and choc / ice cream shop nearby also good.

Another visit to this terrific site beside the Caen Locks. Great for walking or cycling or just admiring the narrow boats travelling through. Walking to Devizes very easy along the tow path.
We had a good pitch, slight incline but nothing to worry about. Some vans had to use chocks. Had shelter from the sun with the trees - all well trimmed.
So quiet, just birds (and occasional noisy dog!). All pitches nicely spaced out, all with electric and water.
Shower and toilet facilities are still a bit dated but cleaned daily.
Quite a basic site without a shop but Spar along the tow path.
All being well, returning next year.

Yet another great stay at Foxhangers. Good reasonably priced site for tents. Very friendly owners. Nice surroundings.
Facilities a little dated but usable and clean. Had nice sunny pitch in the first field, lots of space for our large tent. Seemed a bit hilly for vans.
Nice to see ducks and ducklings in the farm pond.
We walked into Devizes along the tow path, about 2. 5 miles very enjoyable area with the locks being the main interest.
Will definitely be back again next year.

Friendly welcome on arrival with directions to pre booked pitch.
Pitch spacious, quite a sloping field, chocks needed.
Nice walk from the site to the amazing George and Dragon pub at Rowde. Main issue was noise from main road.
However for a short stay it was OK.

Good washing up/ shower facilities although slightly dated.
Will definitely return.

Great site, with friendly owners.
Water by the caravan which was great.
Lovely walks by the canal just minutes away.
Decent size pitches,
Reasonable costs.
Booked for 7 nights loved the site and loved it so booked an extra 4 nights.
Lots of interesting places to visit.
Will definitely visit again

Here for 3 nights. Nice clean site with good dog walks.
Close to canal and locks.
Toilets were over the road, so we used our own toilet. Nice and pleasant owners.
Will use again.

A fab caravan site. 5 minutes walk to the Kenton and Avon canal. Good for cycling and walking.
It’s a good half hour walk to the tea cafe at the top of the locks and it’s another half hour walk to Devizes.
On a hot day it’s tuff. Big pitches well kept grass pitches. Showers ok. Good hot water.
Also dish washing facilities all good.

Great sight, with really good facilities.
My only warning is if you are in a tent the slope of mist if the site is greater than suggested.
That says recommended.

What a beautiful site. Great location near the canal, spacious pitches, lovely hot showers and peace and quiet.
Convenient for wonderful walks, love the site ducks, ducklings, sheep, chickens and cat.
Great hosts and plenty of Covid-19 guidelines in place. Slight slope on the pitches but each pitch has its own water supply and electric. Excellent value for money.
Thank you for a great stay. We will definitely book here again
