Great to stay for a couple of nights. Very peaceful halfway between Oxwich Bay and Slade Bay.
Kate is very laid back and was kind enough to answer my constant questions, as our campervan is 7. 3m long and 3m tall, and we were concerned that we wouldn't be able to drive down the narrow lanes. Her clear directions were very useful.
The only slight negative was the incline, but we put the van on ramps on one side and, even though it still wasn't straight, we managed to shower.

Have been before years ago. It hasn’t changed.
Peaceful, easygoing, lovely views and not expensive.
The only facilities are drinking water pipe and toilets but that is all I wanted.

Lovely out of the way site a short walk from a secluded beach.
Bit of a slope but we were given bits of wood to shore up the van.
If you like good old fashioned basic camping like we do then it's perfect!

An absolute gem of a campsite!
Fabulous views of the sea and a short walk to a lovely ‘secret’ beach.
The abseil at the end was interesting and older kids loved it!
Really friendly owners and fellow campers.
The lower field for tents only is reasonably flat.
Facilities are basic but this is reflected in the price.

Lovely views, extremely friendly host, easy access to the coastal path.
Field is on an incline and dependant on where you are you may need blocks for your van.
Lovely area and we will return.

It is a sloping field which, this year, has an hosepipe as its only facility. (Camping loos can be emptied in the farmyard. )
Slade Beach continues to be splendidly empty and beautiful and about 10 minutes walk away. You need to 'abseil' down the path but we've managed it in the past with a three month old in a sling, as well as buckets and spades and picnics, etc.
There is now a chippy at the bottom of the hill in Oxwich which is open, in August at least, on a Sunday evening.
The views are utterly idyllic and we had been looking forward to getting back to basics. We had naively imagined this would be the approach of everyone there. Whilst it was the approach of the majority, the generator that ran from 7 am - 11 pm whether or not the owners were in, accompanied by the extremely loud car radio, and singing along to it till 11 o'clock proved that this wasn't the universal approach.
Access is very tight. Pass the campsite and turn round in the farmyard if you're towing/bigger than normal (although the ice cream van which visited each day managed it easily). We got rather stuck and were very grateful indeed for the help from Kate, the very warm owner, and some of the other campers.

Very warm welcome from owner to what is a very basic site. Just porta loos and one water tap on the field but motor homes can use the farm for chemical waste and a longer fresh water hose. I did not use the porta loos but they were inspected daily. No recycling bins but all bags are collected daily if left by unit.
With all that it is reflected in the price and good value.
Sloping pitches all over field but the views are beautiful and easy access to the Gower coast footpath.
Happy to recommend this site.

Fabulous site open to non caravan members as well. Sloping pitch but views to die for. Fantastic.
Portaloo toilets which were perfectly adequate. Water tap but owner will let you fill up your van at her farm which is a couple of yards away.
