Firstly there was a lot of road noise as the pitch they gave us was next to a busy road.
We were there for 4 nights and nobody came to see if we were happy about everything.
Our pitch had no grass only large gravel so not very comfortable to sit out.

Visited this site for a weekend last week, we where supprised as we had been to Goodwins ten years ago when the site was in its infancy with no statics and all grass pitches, as then the toilets and showers are in pristine condition still as new just one gripe with the showers only two hooks for your clothes. The bit that we didn't like was that all the touring pitches are hard standing, and this is very sharp on your feet its granite chippings and you can't walk on it with bare feet, our little dog was struggling, and our pitch had no grass at all but noticed that some had a little bit of grass, also was close to busy road, in our opinion the tourers have come off second best from statics.
Probably not going again.

Visited in April had a brilliant week there. Staff are friendly. The Site even with my kids is quite and it's just the right distance away from pubs and beach. Always use this site over the years. And will be going again in a week. Brilliant site! Brilliant Staff! Well run

We usually stay at skegness sands, or friend have just sited there caravan there for the season. We tried it on their recommendation, all I can say what a surprise, when we arrived the two girls were very helpful told where everything was. We were in a lovely spot, toilets clean, only two showers, walk down the road shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. It's a quiet site, clean and tidy and very friendly. Will definitely come back again.

Had a last minute cancellation and so glad they contacted us, we had a grass pitch which was more than adequate size for our awning and car, the toilet and shower blocks were spotlessly clean with plenty of hot water, people very friendly close to everything just a few minutes walk to shops pubs etc, will definitely return.

Great little site, friendly, well positioned for beech, bars and restaurants. Bus stop right outside camp for Skegness. Lovely walks along the beech to Ingoldmels. Oh yes pitches are of a good size and well maintained the only down side, may be a little road noise in day time but not at nighty! Shower-toilet blocks are very clean but only has two showers in each.
We will always book here if coming to this coast line again. Thoroughly recommend.

First visit to this site, a lot of good things to say, when arrived the site was all lit up with Xmas lights, got the Xmas feeling, office staff was so helpful with being a newcomer, even when I lock us out of our motor home, site was clean, toilets were clean and warm, just everything on site for your needs. Theres no shop or public house on site, they are about 5mins down the road, the site is well drained cause we had a bad day of heavy rain but the standing water had gone the next morning. Staff on hand to help you even after hours, only a sore point the disabled shower\loos room was cold when the other ones was warm, because the weather was cold. Its a 10\10 site and can not wait for march for a revisit to this site

Last went to this site about 4 years ago returned this year for the first time with a caravan, the service was the same as last time, clean toilets and shower block, very clean and secure site with fob barriers which is a big + booking was easy although if you want a pitch I would book early as this site soon fills up which speaks for itself. Good bus rout easy walking distance to shops and beach, will definitely be going there again.

Paid a second visit this year to Goodwin Park--it was a last minute decision but fortunately we managed to secure a pitch--much busier than before but still a nice quiet atmosphere probably due to the sensible layouts. When we arrived we asked if we could stay an extra night but unfortunately our pitch was already booked but they went to a lot of trouble to find us another one for the one night--had to uproot and move but that's no great problem in a motorhome. As before the toilet and showers were spotless and being August there was plenty happening round about but must make a comment about the bus service which in no way reflects on the site --according to the timetable the buses should be every 10 minutes but on two occasions we had to wait over 30 minutes and had to stand all the way to Skegness--will definitely visit again in the future though
