Absolutely love this site, spotlessly clean and lovely large pitches, plenty of places to walk and close to Faversham for the shops.
Been a couple of times now before we go over to France, this year had problems with the rear brakes on my car, always carry a selection of tools but Graham and Teresa opened their garage up and said use anything you need, what a lovely couple,
We will continue to use there site whenever we are in the area.

A little gem, so glad we found it. Lovely owners.
You need to be able to walk up an incline for the facilities or, use your own.
Will definitely be back. Someone we met has been going for 13 years!

Lovely peaceful, idyllic site. Extremely clean. Good pitches.
Very friendly, helpful on site owners.
Flexible arrival/departure times.
Excellent pub less than a mile away. Very useful nearby bus stop for Faversham/Ashford.

Very well kept, quiet and relaxing, pitch was well maintained, and level.
A real rural retreat, would recommend for couples only, or with older children.
10 amp electricity and tv point on every pitch. Water and chemical waste facilities.
Please note showers are £1 but are amazing and very clean and in a large cubicle with the toilet plenty of hanging space and keeps clothes dry which is a bonus:)
Would 100% recommend, will be back as we have heard of a good walk with pub but due to my Hayfever I just chilled instead.

A perfect site if you want peace and quiet. Lovely rural views from very spacious grass pitches, which are divided by hedges.
This is not a ‘car park’ site with rows of hard standings which is one of the reasons we love it.
Facilities are basic but very clean. Easy to get to coast and Faversham is worth a visit.
Lovely dog friendly pub within walking distance.

We have visited Monks Cottage several times now and it never fails to disappoint.
This site is kept spotless even in torrential rain, the grounds are beautiful and facilities as always are immaculate.
We very much look forward to another visit, hopefully next time the weather will be better.

Monks cottage one of the best sites we have found in this country.
Reminds us of the French campsites. Pitches very big. Lovely hedging surrounds Pitches, Only two loos/ showers, but very clean and as a small site was no problem!
Beautiful views and lots of owls at night. Set in an area of outstanding beauty, whats not to like!
Tres Tres Bonne.
Will visit again. Graham and Theresa most helpful. Also nice dog walk in woods behind them. Easy access to many nearby towns and seaside places.
You do have to take your rubbish away with you. Not a problem, there is however a dog poo bin.
Cost max 25 per night including awning electricals. Showers £1 a time.

Very spacious grass pitches with privacy hedges between, surrounded by beautiful Kent countryside.
Everything immaculate and well thought out. Owners were friendly and very willing to share information, but not obtrusive.
Enjoyed walk through woods to Red Lion (great food/staff and dogs welcome).
A bit of an inconvenience having to take rubbish home or to local tip and missed having a washing up area
But overall we loved this site and look forward to returning.
