Everything was very clean and tidy, the facilities in excellent condition.
Really good, and concise but comprehensive with the Site Manager (James). Whilst the site is off the beaten track (the A12 anyway!) it was easy enough to find, quiet, and well located for various visits in the local area (specifically Woodbridge, Sutton Hoo etc). Prices were very reasonable, electric hook-up as 'standard'.
Pitches were fair size, everything was 'flat'. All as could have been wished for, and no issues with access.
The Site Manager was very responsive, though clearly a pretty busy chap(!) we communicated well and payment /welcome was very easy and convenient.
Many thanks; I'll probably be back for a future stay!

Very friendly owners able to find a space for me, my faithful steed/bike and the tent when they looked quite full.
Bredfield is a village of just a few houses. So a perfect spot for tranquility. A fantastic area for cycling almost car-free country lanes.

Well kept site in a beautiful location, set in peaceful countryside.
Showers and toilet facilities are clean, well lit and heated. Washing up area, with drinking water etc provided.
Were greeted on arrival with a warm welcome from Kirsty, who was keen to see we had everything we needed. T
He perfect place to escape the rat race. Well done Moat Barn,
Can't wait to return ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👏

This was a fantastic well maintained adult only site. The owners were very friendly and so were the other campers. The site was immaculately clean and showers lovely and hot!
There was a beautiful walk across the road from the site, which we walked our small dog and were delighted to see two adult deer with their young bounding through the wheat field.
We had two very peaceful days and will definitely return to continue exploring Suffolk in the near future. Thankyou Kirsty for being such a wonderful host.

Lovely quiet well kept site. Well mown grass pitches. Spotless shower block. Separate ladies and gents. Outside washing up area but covered with one sink. Hose for filling Motorhome tank.
Kirsty’s Flower pots and hanging baskets very pretty. No washing machine which is a shame. Would stay longer if a machine and freezer to use. Need to travel a short way for supplies. Village shop only open couple of hours.
Woodbridge lovely with a quay, also Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Southwold, and Pakefield is 40 minutes drive.
Lovely area. Mike also runs bed and breakfast from his barn which is situated behind the caravan site.

Fabulous site, great welcome from Kirsty and Michael. How amazing that they help to site your van. Friendly, helpful and fun.
The site is immaculately kept, Kirsty's flowers and pots are bright and cheerful. Decent size pitches, nice wash room facilities.
Will hope to stay again, good location for Woodbridge and the coast.

This was a lovely clean and well kept site. Mike and Kirsty were very welcoming. We only stayed one night but would definitely revisit them. Good location to Woodbridge which was a lovely little town. Didn’t realise there was a open lake with so many water activities.

It is difficult to add anything different to the last review also by someone with a motorhome. It is a medium sized site with anything up to 20 odd pitches. All very well kept and excellent well thought out recycling on site.
The shower/washing block is moderate but never got busy and was as well kept and clean as any site we have been on.
Woodbridge is a short drive (not ideal in a motorhome though)and really vibrant with lots of places to eat. We managed to find a parking area in the evening in Woodbridge at the back of the Coop but you need to either get there early morning or after 6pm or you will have difficulty getting in.
We love this area and will definitely go back

Second visit to this lovely adults only site in Bredfield, near Woodbridge. If youre after a nice quiet break in the country, then this is the place for you. The owners are very friendly and make you feel very 'at home'. There is a small toilet/shower block, very clean and functional. Small washing up area, waste water disposal and fresh water outlet. Chemical toilet disposal. Recycling facilities.
There is also a lovely B&B on site if you have other guests wanting to visit. There is no shop on site and the village shop is only open mon - sat 9am till 1230, so make sure you bring enough provisions. Unfortunately, the local pub has closed but there are others within driving distance. We were in a large motorhome with no other vehicle so we relied on public transport but it wasn't a problem.
Woodbridge is a 20 min bus ride away, only £1. 50 single journey, worth a visit, lovely market town with harbour. Would recommend the Red Lion pub. Lovely food, friendly staff and they accept dogs. Also if the bus back is too early, taxi from Woodbridge station is around £8 and they also take dogs.
The site was pleasantly peaceful even though we were there in August, as its adult only. If you like to see the stars at night, on a clear night the sight is amazing as there is no light pollution.
Well worth a visit. We will most certainly be going back.

Visited this lovely gem of a site for the first time in May
Beautiful location close to Woodbridge. Sutton hoo
Southwold and the lovely Suffolk countryside
Site is beautifully kept. Well manicured grass with no clippings
Flat level pitches with small hedges and trees between the rows for privacy
Toilets are clean heated with plenty of hot water in showers and hand basins
Free showers with no push buttons. A bonus and a hairdryer
Only one washing up sink with plenty of hot water. But site as quiet so wasn't a problem
Mike and kirsty who run the site and b&b are friendly and delightful
Only criticism is that the only local pub in the village is closed and the only local village shop opens a few hours in the morning but a 15min drive into Woodbridge gives a wide selection of shops pubs etc
A peaceful tranquil break. Will be returning
