Pitches are quite close together. There is a site rule of no noise after 11pm, but obviously this didn't apply to some people!

The showers though hot only run for about 5 seconds then you have to press the button again which is a little annoying. The shower block says on the cleaning sheet that they are cleaned every day, no they aren't, cleaned Saturday, cleaned Sunday and Monday then nothing until Thursday, but how they managed to leave dead craneflies all over plus muddy marks is a skill!

The automatic barrier to enter and leave was a joke, when I went to the office to query it I was told "oh, it has recognised one letter as a totally different letter" What?? This happened 3 times!

The staff in the office were all very pleasant ladies and helpful regarding taxis, buses etc.

The groundsmen/maintenance seemed to just ride around constantly on noisy machines, mules I believe, which did disturb the peace and quiet.

It is a well kept site which has a David Bellamy award. It is a good 35-40 minute walk to the centre of Lytham.

This was a very clean and friendly site. Would certainly recommend.

Play area was loved by my granddaughter(2) and the field was big enough for my 8 year old to play football.

We didn't take our dog but the dog exercise park was massive, all enclosed so the dogs could run

This site is a little gem, it was just perfect for us really and after staying there just the once I’d give serious consideration to having a seasonal pitch there.

A good mixture of seasonal and nightly tourers along with statics too. The good thing is that if you have a static on the park, they don’t let you sublet or hire it out to others so I think this means the park has more control over who is there and who isn’t.

There’s a noise ban from 11pm which was adhered to and again great for those who have smaller children although we just went as a couple.

It’s about a 25 minute walk into the centre of lytham but if you’re using your car or a push bike obviously it’s quicker. A good selection of supermarkets nearby as well as an abundance of fish n chip shops.

The toilets and showers were spotless and although we didn’t use it, traeré is a shop selling essentials 7 days a week.

We received a warm welcome anyway and it seems there are staff/warden living on site too so that’s good for security. Decent barrier entry system using ANPR and also plenty of cctv for safety and security.

It seemed like a few of the nightly tourers were regulars at the park and I’ve no doubt we will also return in the near future.

We thought the pitch was poor not level poorly maintained. the pitch was crushed tarmac which transferred into the awning and the van

10 mph speed limit more like 30 no apparent checking by wardens, never spotted a warden about

Children playing anywhere bar the playing field, in and out of the disabled toilets no supervision

No more than a 3 *

Far to expensive for the site and pitch

A far cry away from a caravan club site a big disappointment

 Nice and quiet

Close enough to Lytham to walk

Excellent shower and toilet block

Only had a 3 day stay but found it very relaxing and easy in our little 4 berth

Will definitely come again

The dog enjoyed it too

Good location although next to municipal tip! And if you have a continental van only 1 touring space available which overlooks a brick wall and walkway to the car park so little privacy (would really benefit from a little hedge along the walkway to provide some cover).

Facilities ok and fairly clean but showers set on cool so quite bracing!

45 to 50 mins walk into Lytham (not the 15 to 20 we were told in reception) but all footpaths and well lit so fine.

 Lovely clean site,

Nice walk into Lytham

Would of been nice to have a pub /restaurant nearer to site but wouldn’t stop us going again
