I visited this site during Easter weekend. We found a warm welcome from friendly staff and we're promptly shown to our pitch. The site was quite tidy with good security. We paid top dollar as it was bank holiday, it was a good thing that the touring side was not overly busy as the toilet and shower facilities though clean is hardly big enough to cope.

Electric hookups standard pitch 10 amp. Large pitches are 16 amp I could not understand why the difference.

There are no restaurants or pubs local without getting in the car, but a short drive there a lot of good eating places and it is a nice area to see.

This is our 3rd visit to this site which caters mainly for static and seasonal caravans, but which has about 30 touring pitches.

The site is always clean and tidy including the showers which would benefit from refurbishment,

There is a small childs play area, but we always feel safe enough to let our grand children play or ride their bikes near the caravan as the site are very strict about the speed of vehicles, they are also strict about dogs being on a lead, which is right as there is a dog field provided for them to exercise. See you next year.

Very pleased with this lovely site, just a couple of miles from Lytham town centre. Helpful, friendly staff, superbly clean and very powerful showers, and well kept pitches, Eastham Hall is a bit of a 'hidden treasure'. Although situated next door to the council recycling site, you wouldn't know it was there. There was more noise from the jets leaving Blackpool airport and the frequent training flights of fighter planes from BAE at Warton, which my two young boys found fascinating! Lytham Proms weekend was in full swing while we were there and we were treated to a free performance, albeit sound only, from some 80's legends on the Friday, Russell Watson on Saturday and Rita Ora on Sunday. The site is also on a bus route making trips into St Anne's and Blackpool a doddle. I met up with some friends who were on a night out in Blackpool and rather than pay £17 each way for a taxi, I paid just over £5 for a return bus ticket and came back on the last bus at 11:11pm (no. 7). All in all, this is a delightful site which we will definitely visit again if we are in the area.

Having just bought a folding camper, this was our first trip using it. Me, my husband, 2 daughters and the dog arrived on site to a lovely welcome by the reception staff. The pitches are great, shower blocks spotlessly clean, a playground and field for exercising the dog! We couldn't have asked for anything better for our first venture. We had a pleasant walk into Lytham which took around 25 minutes. We will definitely return, absolutely loved it, quiet, relaxing and very welcoming.

A lovely site. Stayed a week here. Very friendly site. Beautiful and clean. Very easy to go to blackpool from it. Shops a little far out to walk to. Plenty off room for children to play safely. Chidrens play area was very good. Showers were very clean. Staff were very helpful. Not sure about bus service into blackpool but lytham was very pretty with lots of places to eat. Some lovely walks around boating lake. Hired a boat on there to go round lake, very pleasant.

Our first trip out in campervan. Firstly I cannot say how happy I was to find the receptionist cheerful and very very informative. All questions answered on the spot. I wasn't rushed or made to feel a complete plonker being first timer. Security was spot on with car registration recognition in and out of site. Clean well maintained. Pitches were nicely spaced. Even met our neighbours who couldn't be more helpful. The site was clean and shower blocks well looked after. As a dog owner I was surprised. They have their own fenced field! and poop bins all round. Children have their own area to play in and football field. Fantastic weekend. We will definitely be going again. Very relaxed. Thanks to everyone on the site.

Just returned home from four great nights on this site. We are new to caravanning and this is only our fourth trip. This is by far the best site we have tried to date. The pitches are spacious and the whole site is clean, tidy and really well maintained. Showers are powerful with plenty of hot water and the block next to the play area has just been refurbished to an excellent standard. Staff were out every day litter picking, cleaning and doing general maintenance around the site. My 2 and 4 year old loved the play area which is newly refurbished. The shop is well stocked with the basics and sells lovely fresh bread from a local baker. The site is quiet and peaceful being just a few minutes drive from Lytham and a fifteen minute drive to the promenade at St. Anne's on the Sea which is a much cleaner, smaller and pleasant resort compared to Blackpool. Just enough to entertain the kids and a lovely huge beach. The Beach Cafe on the sand dunes at the south end of the promenade is nice for a light meal or a snack; we had good fish and chips in the cafe on the pier and a good value carvery at Toby Carvery on the front. Would fully recommend the site and resort for a visit. The site does have wifi but this is expensive at £10 for 2 days.

An Easter stay was a last minute booking as the CS we had booked was under 4 foot of snow!

Fully serviced pitches were fine but perhaps overpriced for the surroundings. The site appeared to be more hardstanding and road than grass, but never the less it was immaculate and well maintained.

Shower block spotless with plenty of hot water.

Staff very helpful and booking a pitch very easy, but so it should be for the price!

Excellent location with shops just a short drive away.

Whilst there are rules about this/that and the other the children enjoyed the space, made friends and went home happy.

Vastly understated by its own web site, this caravan and motorhome site has everything you could need for a holiday in a superb area. Very close to Lytham (Blackpool's better half. We visited in March, a very quiet time, cheap and clearly we had almost exclusive use of the facilities. Ample hot water and showers, heated loo blocks, laundry, family rooms, shop and best of all, an outstanding team of folk only too willing to help in any way possible.

The children's adventure playground was being updated but clearly had everything a young child could want. Really can't wait to return. Try it. I cannot believe you will not like it.

We stayed here for the weekend with 4 children (3 under 5's).

The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a conveniently sited pitch close to the reception and toilet blocks. The reception included a small shop with basics available. Aldi and Booths supermarket were a short drive away. The toilets were a little dated but clean, showers were powerful with plenty of hot water. We were also given access to the family bathroom with was handy for showering the younger children (large wetroom with removable shower head and seating).

The play area looked modern and well looked after but was unfortunately closed when we visited due to flooding. There is however a very good new playground/ park with a good cafe on the way into Lytham (just before Booths) which is well worth a visit for children of all ages. It includes a younger children's play area and older section with zip wire etc.

We would recommend this site to others and would stay again.
