Just returned from a second visit to Eastham hall with yet another lovely weekend behind us.
The site is a little gem and only 5 minutes drive to Lytham town centre and 15 minutes from Blackpool.
The hard standing pitch we chose was nice and level with plenty of room to erect the awning. The entire site was spotlessly clean and the shower blocks were meticulously cleaned every day.
The ladies in the reception could not be more helpful if they tried, a credit to Eastham Hall. Would we stay there again? Without doubt.

After another visit to eastham caravan park. What a lovely surprise to see a newly refurbished toilet block. Seems to be lots of new pitches being made for tourers so I'm told and more static vans to be added to site. You're getting there just get to the roads they are letting site down now. New wardens not bad either, keeps kids in check, about time too

Large site with lots of touring pitches and an even larger static area. The static van area was immaculately kept and had plenty of planting and colour. However the same cannot be said for the touring area which was plain, boring & without any plants or shrubs or colour. It made the site look like a van storage area.
Our pitch was on hardstanding which was close to the toilet block - the block needs a revamp as it looks very dated but it was clean. There was another toilet block on the site which looked immaculately kept but was a distance away from our touring area. We received a friendly welcome and were shown to our pitch. We were a party of 3 adults and 1 teenager and at £30 for 1 night with electric hook up we felt this was expensive. Probably wouldn't stay again as there are nicer sites on this coast.

Been to this site several times throughout summer of 2014 stayed on several pitches that we could has our Motorhome was nicknamed the beast has she is 33ft which easily fitted on a few pitches they have here for American rv s we were welcomed every time we arrived by the on site wardens who do a great job the facilities are excellent and very clean at all times and the site is immaculately clean all the time there are a few residents on site who we found to be very warming and genuine nice people the super pitch we used was excellent. With hook up and water by our van all hard standings with grass areas at side. The sites is situated near by Lythm at Anne's we got a taxi there several times and only costs £5
We'll run site and definitely we will be going back this summer
Great weekends with our beast

A great site with very helpful and friendly staff. Great for families with children and pet owners. There is a secure play area close to the toilet block and an enclosed field just for dog exercising. Toilets are very clean. Nice picnic spot next to dog walking area where you can watch the many rabbits. Nothing nearby, except recycling plant, but by close to both st Anne's and lytham.

An absolute gem of a site, family run and excellent value. Visited with my wife and 2 children (aged 7 & 8). We will definitely be back.
Booking - I rang up and was advised to pay in full due to full payment being required 3 weeks prior to arrival. Was sent confirmation in the post along with directions, a map and a photo of the entrance with clear instructions as to where to go.
On arrival was escorted to our pitch (T4), slightly sloping but nothing too drastic. Given a map of local amenities, along with contact numbers (local doctors, chemists, police, take aways etc) and a site map.
Small shop on site, playground and field for kids, laundry and pot washing rooms. Toilets and showers immaculate and cleaned daily.
Site is approx 2 miles from the sea front (about 40 mins walk). Supermarket is approx 1 mile away with all local amenities in Lytham which is about 2 miles away - cost £5 in a taxi. There is also a bus stop at the site entrance which runs to Lytham.
Further up there is blackpool, and fleetwood freeport for those who prefer the hustle and bustle. But lytham itself is a quiet, small town. Ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy a break. (think Emmerdale with a sea front).
Loved every second of our 10 night stay here and will be visiting again later this year

Just returned from a wonderful break at Eastham Hall, the staff are all very friendly and helpful, Vicky the receptionist had given us fantastic directions to the park, we didn't need the satnav at all! Brilliant. Also they give you a map of supermarkets, Lytham town etc. Very helpful!
The shower blocks were immaculate. Well run site, only down side was our caravan pitch sloped quite a lot, hubby said it wasn't too, bad though. But at 71yrs young it would have been easier if it was flat.
16 amp, water and waste, brilliant! Just a short drive into Lytham St Anne's, supermarkets are there.
You need a car to get about, no pubs or shops within walking distance I don't think.
Don't let that stop anyone going as it is a very good site and we will definitely be returning in the future.

We are regular visitors to this sight and have been for a few years now. There doesn't seem to be a lot of changes other than staff changes. We usually use A block facilities although clean badly need updating and the roads are appalling. Come on eastham hall your being left behind its 2014 not 1914

This is our favourite site in and around St Anne's. We have been coming here for about 15 years and have no complaints at all regarding the staff who are excellent. I would just say one thing though that one of the static (we think) he is who has 3 boxer dogs is most rude when we take our dogs to the field. It would appear that he thinks it is just for his use only. We have met him once before. So be warned if you see him keep out of his way unless you are prepared for an argument. Happy Caravanning
