 It’s a very quiet site which usually suits us fine.
However - the children’s park is in need of a major overhaul.
There’s nothing in it for the kids, a set of swings with two seats. Really poor.
Could benefit from a slide, climbing frame or something. Can’t imagine what it must be like in summer hols with only two swings….
Positives, location is great! Toilets clean and washing facilities very affordable.

Very Pleasant on arrival. Pitch 20 was a little difficult to reverse on too. But sorted with help from my wife.
All pitches of a good size and gravelled ours was fully serviced. £33 a night I feel was good value over a bank holiday.
Great pub with in 1 mile and only 20mins to Llandudno and Conway.
Peaceful and relaxing site.
Showers very good but could do with squeegee to leave cubicle dryish, for next person.
Will be back at some point loved it.

Great little site, very well equipped booked a service pitch.
Water, Electric, Drainage and TV point.
Facilities good, clean and hot.
Want to go back again soon.
Staff welcoming and friendly.

Great site well run
Good size pitches, used the fully service pitch no issues.
Facilities excellent, good showers, hot and plenty of water

The site itself is quiet, relaxed and tidy. Stunning views. Bathroom and showers are spotless and clean. Washing and drying clothes are a very affordable price. So I salute this site for these positives.
Location is fine. Pretty central to Rhos on Sea and Llandudno.
Our ONLY gripe with this site was that the children's park was very bare. There is a lovely swing set and one tyre swing. But it stops at that. No slide, no climbing frame, no seesaw, no roundabout. It's very basic I'm afraid. Kids got bored after 5 minutes. Making relaxing for us older folk a little bit difficult.
Maybe suited to people without children? If they could add a couple bit more facilities for the kids, we'll for certain be back!

We arrived just as a serious storm was blowing up, however the welcome at reception was very friendly, efficient with clear directions and a lovely site plan.
Unfortunately for almost the total duration of our stay it was blowing a houlie and the rain never gave up. However I would still recommend it as a lovely small site, just what we look for.
Yes the toilet/shower block was a bit dated but it was clean and the showers hot. It is the first time I can recall seeing a bath in a shower block.
As it was so wet during our short stay, the grass strip between the hardstanding and the road around the site got a a bit muddy and no doubt our driving over it as we left would add to that, So I would suggest that they should be made hardstanding to connect the pitches to the road. Only a small point really not a criticism.
We found a local take away that would deliver to site, so it saved us heading out in the storm and the delivery was fast and efficient.
It is a great location to visit Bodnant Gardens

Pitch was perfect and had no problem with the narrow road.

A pleasant campsite with hardstanding's some accessed over grass-good value at £20 a night and Sue is the friendly owner,
Access is up a narrow road that runs past the site but only about 75 yards from a B road, while it is pretty quiet the view pulling out of the site is restricted although the opening is a good width, due to being narrow and the way some drive I would be careful walking the local roads-
The shower block was open and consists of wet rooms/shower rooms rather than him & hers and was cleaned regularly-
It's rural so the sounds of nature prevail at night rather than traffic-
There is a small playground for children next to a little brook-
The owners dog and sheep (singular) roam the site freely but both seem friendly-
The site is quite high up so depending on pitch the views are great,
Site is well positioned for either Llandudno / Colwyn Bay (nice) or Rhyl (not so nice) / Prestatyn

Just spent a lovely week at this little gem of a site. Very quiet and peaceful with good size pitch and facilities,
Lovely views across the valley and lots of nice places to visit within easy reach.
Would highly recommend and will revisit when back in the area.
