 Really easy to book, very helpful lady advised on how to book out of hours and sent email confirmation with all the necessary codes and pitch number.
Very clean site, with all necessary facilities.
Currently in the process of refurbishing the showers and toilets.
The site is a short distance to the main centre of Ypres, 20 minute walk along a lovely track to the Menin Gate.
Pitches quite close together, however for a short stay they were fine.
Would highly recommend a stay here.

Great location for visiting Menin Gate, first world war battle sites and cemeteries.
Good sized pitches.
Clean showers and toilets.
Site emailed with instructions to get onto the site if arriving after reception is closed.
Big supermarket just up the road.

Clean, quiet and friendly site, really near to the beautiful town of Ypes.
This town is well known for its historic importance and has lovely shops, bars and cafes.
The toilet facilities are just being updated in one part of the park and are warm clean and modern.
The motorhome pitches are hardstanding, so no awnings really.
Great place to stay.

Well positioned near the town. 10 min walk.
Clean, good facilities. Aire is a little tight.
Town is lovely, great sites, great beer and lovely food.
Last Post is a must.

We stayed here a few years ago too. A great site for visiting lovely Ypres, attending The Last Post at the Menin Gate & tasting those wonderful Belgian beers! Lots to see & do within walking distance.
The site has refurbished shower & toilet facilities & everything a camper needs.
It's a vehicle secure site with codes needed for entry & departure.
It can be a little noisy during the day, midweek, as there are businesses nearby but nothing too much to bother about.
Great stay.

Absolutely superb (apart from an issue with the second barrier that I've raised with them)
Very clean and excellent friendly team plus the campers they attract are very friendly (in a good way)
Location needs to be mentioned as it's so much better than they advertise.
A 10 min stroll will take you straight to the Menin Gate (get to Menin Gate around 1945 for the 2000 ceremony) and the centre of the town.

Great location just 10 mins walk to centre.
We stayed on the motorhome pitch - good value, flat and enough room for van and table/chairs.
Quiet site.
Not many toilets/showers. 6 toilets in total for whole campsite and 2 of those had showers in them so if someone was using the shower then the toilet is unavailable. Some closed for renovation.

Beautiful and quiet and central location to city.
Clean sanitary blocks and plenty of hot water.
Check in was very smooth and easy.
Would definitely visit this site again.

Urban Gardens was a fantastic campsite.
Well located, kept clean and the welcome was good.
A few more WC’s could be installed, but ultimately, I was happy.

As part of my EU motorcycle tour, I stopped for a few days to visit the Menin Gate and see the last post performed. Roughly a 15 minute walk to the town centre which was buzzing with people.
The last post performed every night at 8pm sharp is a sight to behold. I went two consecutive nights and it was packed. A very emotional experience.
The campsite is not very big but has good enough facilities plus, free WiFi. No shop. To use the toilet/shower room, it is via a coded number doorlock.
For shopping, there is an Aldi 10 minutes away. Ypres Flanders Field museum is worth a visit as is the open market when on.
