Booked the site through Caravan and Camping club. Always a worry what your going to find, but this time, jackpot. What a gem of a little site!
Facilities are basic, but what do you want? your camping! In the 'bottom' field you've got four hook ups, two loos and a coin operated shower, all kept clean, CDP and outside washing up sink, all with cracking views of Snowdon and her neighbouring sisters. (available on good days only)
Site owner really nice bloke, and as stated in above reviews, laid back friendly and accommodating.
Local facilities in Newbrough (1.5 miles)and loads to do on the island, so go do it.
Don't miss Parys Mountain, weird!

Just got back from a 4 night stay at Ty Croes Farm. It's very basic. 2 toilets that were usually clean, but not always with loo roll. There is 1 shower that takes 20p's. There is an outside sink with cold water for washing pots but to be honest is was easier to wash up at the tent. No shop, but 5 mins away in the car. No playground or nearby pub on foot either.
Because of the minimal facilities its well suited for caravanning and there are several tourers that are permanently sited there.
We camped in a massive field (sloping) with only a handful of tents in it. This was fantastic as the kids has as much space as they wanted to run around and play football etc without going anywhere near anyone's tents.
Basic but the space made up for it. The farmer is very friendly and laid back. The farm has a vineyard to walk through too.
There are no marked pitches and no problems with large tents, groups or campfires. We had problems with some unruly campers on the last night but they were told to leave early the next morning.
All in all I would go again just for the amount of space there is to play. Also at £14 per night, not too dear for Wales.

This was a great find, we went to a more commercial site and there was confusion with our booking. We decide to cut our losses and fell upon this great site. Owner was superb and could not have been more helpful. We were in lower field with only about 6 other caravans/tents. Children ran round safe and sound which is a great relief.
About 5 minutes from Monmouth beach, absolutely superb beach with a shop for your groceries etc.
We took our campervan and will be back for sure, there is also a top field for campers/tents.
Setting perfect for a lazy holiday and great if you want to enjoy a clean beach.

This must be one of Anglesey's best kept secrets! One field is designated as a CCC CL 5 unit field which has 2 toilets and 1 shower that are kept very clean. On a busy weekend toilet paper can run out so it pays to bring backup.
The other (rally) field has no facilities however a shortish walk will get you to the above. If you have your own, so much the better. It is closer to the vineyard and the wonderful walk around them. The views from the top of the vineyard and top field are fantastic. I won't spoil the surprise here. There is a garage close by which also has a small shop and a post office in the nearby village and small shop. Supermarkets are within 10 miles.
If you like peaceful, laidback camping with character, this is a place to be. It is in countryside, close to National Nature Reserve and the beaches. I shall be back as soon as possible!

Nice secluded area. Large field. Only 2 toilets and 1 coin operated shower. The toilets where not that clean & didn't have handwash basins in. There was 1 outdoor sink at the side of the toilets where you could rinse your hands and probably for pot washing, but only cold water available
