Stayed over Easter. There were 3 tents and 3 caravans in the party which is what it was a family party. We all had a fantastic time the views over the Snowdonia range are brilliant.

Thanks to the site for giving us a great spot, the birthday celebration's were wonderful, we will always have the great memories of the two special family birthdays.

Good access to local towns.

Will be even better when the toilet block is open for the top field it might even be finished now. Hope to get back next year.

Just spent the bank holiday at Ty Croes Farm. On arrival we had a very warm and friendly welcome which was maintained throughout our stay, nothing was too much trouble.

The site is very laid back with basic facilities, only two toilets and one shower but were kept very clean.

Showers were 20p's or £1. 00 about 60p was about right, also hot water for washing up at 20p for 2 mins.

Logs and kindling are available for a small charge and having the camp fire each night made the weekend perfect. This site is a little gem

We've stayed here 4 times this summer and just love it!

Harry and his daughter are very welcoming and the pitches are great.

Very quiet site with little or no noise after about 9. 30pm.

Campfires are allowed and wood can be bought on site.

There is also a garage selling milk/bread just literally at the bottom of the drive.

We didn't use the showers due to having one in our tourer.

The only drawback we thought was perhaps there could be another water outlet on the top field.

We paid £20 per night for tourer, awning & hook up, this is a bit on the pricey side as there is no playground/facilities but the view from the top field is worth the money alone.

Just got back from this site, we are fairly new to camping and are still finding our feet. I don't think I've had such a warm welcome even in posh hotels, the people running the site are very warm and genuine and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

I the pitches are very big and the site didn't feel overcrowded even on an august weekend. We especially liked that you can have a proper campfire and they even dropped the kindling and logs off for us.

I would describe it as a 'basic luxury' site as its really well kept, in a fantastic location, priced very reasonably with no hidden extras and is suited to families and couples, there was no noise at all late at night, it's also pitch black so take a torch!

The owner mentioned that they are planning to build a new toilet block for next year, which would correct the only slight drawback that the site has, the toilet and shower are clean but basic and old fashioned, don't let this put you off this lovely site though.

I also recommend the on site cider, went down a treat! We will definitely be returning to ty croes

As a family we have just come back from Ty Croes Farm & Vineyard which is in a great location of Anglesey & easy to find.

There is a field if your a club member & another field if your not members which is next to the vines. On this site there are two toilets one shower & a covered sink to wash up in.

The shower & sink takes 20p coins or £1 coin for your hot water 20p gives you two mins of hot water we found 40p to 60p was enough for a adequate shower.

On this site you can purchase logs & kindling for your camp fire. & you can also purchase Ty Croes wine & still cider, there is plenty of hook up's available.

there are plenty of lovely beaches close by within 10 to 20 mins. We paid £18 pn inc for tent & hook up which was very good. We are going back soon due to the great location

Let us get the shower/toilet thing out of the way first! Yes there are a couple of toilets and only one shower from what I can see, but these are clean the cost to run the shower is NOT expensive. The reality is that this is a basic campsite (although very well kept) so if you want luxury then pay more! The good thing about this campsite is that you pay per pitch so large families don't get stung with added extras like at other campsites.

The fields are well maintained, the owners are really friendly and the campsite has a relaxed, reasonably quiet atmosphere about it (or at least it did when we stayed on the 22-24 July 2011.

We visited as 2 families and the kids, aged between 8 and 13 loved it.

The location is great for beaches, countryside, attractions etc and even Snowdonia/Caernarfon are not too far away for a day out. I would recommend this site and yes we we will be going back there throughout the 2011 summer holidays!

Stayed with friends for two nights, very easy to find, location is a good central base. Lovely nature reserve about one mile down the road or a couple of miles further on to the beach.

Toilets & showers are very basic, hot water tap has been removed from the hand wash basin, also soap dispenser did not work. It cost £20 a night for van with hookup, expected to pay for showers but not for washing up water!

Hook ups need looking at, as one should be able to have water pump on and be able to boil a small kettle at the same time without tripping the electrics, this seemed to be a problem across the field.

On this basis I don't think I will be recommending this site to fellow caravanners, I have stayed at cheaper sites that have more to offer.

Wedi aros gyda ffrindiau am ddwy noson, yn hawdd iawn dod o hyd, lleoliad yn sylfaen canolog da. Warchodfa natur hyfryd tua milltir I lawr y ffordd neu ychydig o filltiroedd pellach ar y traeth.

Toiledau a chawodydd yn sylfaenol iawn, tap dŵr poeth wedi cael ei dynnu oddi ar y basn golchi dwylo, hefyd nad dispenser sebon ddim yn gweithio. Mae'n costio £ 20 y noson I fan gyda hookup, disgwylir I chi dalu am cawodydd, ond nid ar gyfer golchi llestri dwr!

Hook ups angen edrych ar, fel y dylai un fod yn gallu cael pwmp dŵr ar a gallu I ferwi tegell bach ar yr un pryd heb baglu y trydan, mae hyn yn ymddangos I fod yn broblem ar draws y cae.

On the whole the campsite is good and owners friendly and helpful. Easy to book at short notice by email and straight forward to find on Anglesey.

We were given a good size plot next to the vines for our small 2 man tent and were also asked if it was OK for us. We had booked and stayed for 1 night.

I think there were 3 main areas / fields with tents and caravans. 2 toilets and 1 shower. During our short stay they looked generally clean but I was surprised to find no toilet paper in either at 7. 30am. Shower was basic, spacious and OK.

I can strongly recommend the cafe / restaurant, 'White Lodge' (also a campsite) just up the main road for meals. We had an excellent evening meal and breakfast. Not the cheapest but v good quality and relaxed atmosphere.

Wifi would be a good addition as this seemed to be lacking in the wider area.

Next time I will buy some wine!

We were put off this site by previous incorrect reviews. The reviews lead you to believe that showers were very expensive, this is not the case 40p gets you plenty of hot water for a shower.

Fortunately I rang Helen one of the owners who was very fair and said the site was basic but clean, she said come and have a look around and make your own judgement, we did this and were over whelmed by the friendliness of the owners, She had gone to the trouble of Mowing a site for us which she thought would be suitable for us as we have a very large tent ( Outwell Hartford Excel with canopy),

We were surprised to find they had electric Hook Ups available and she said if your cable is not long enough I will lend you one. She said any problems or if we were not satisfied with anything to give them a call and it would be put right.

We think the site is very beautiful it is what it is two toilets and a shower and dishwashing. They seem to go out of there way to make sure you have a good holiday.

We enjoyed the week very much and will keep going back again and again. Policy on campfires is very reasonable. They just ask that you are careful and that you do not leave stones or rocks as it damages the grass cutters.

Glad we rang as we could have missed this delightful little site. Newborough Beach is stunning the Island is beautiful, RAF Valley is worth a Trip to see, there's a little tiny Car Park and when we were there, we saw excellent display from these young pilots.

There is a Small Garage/Shop five minutes walk from the campsite for basics and very friendly to. A lot to do, if you like beauty, relaxation, this is the place for you.
