A small (10 touring caravans) very well maintained site. Facilities are spotless (1 large shower and 2 toilets).
Conveniently located between Lytham, St Annes and Blackpool.
Site is quiet and restful.
Access road is a little narrow but not far to a wider road.
The owners are very welcoming and helpful.
Highly recommended.

We stayed on this lovely, safe and well kept site just after Easter, the welcome was warm and it was so friendly it felt like we were regular visitors. Toilet and shower very clean and the lawns immaculate. A short walk about 10 - 15 minutes to bus stop to Blackpool or Lytham and near to bus stop lovely friendly pub serving tasty meals. We would definitely recommend and return if we go back to that area. Great that it is adults only.

We have just returned from a 4 night break and everything about this site was wonderful. It was the first time we had been there and were met at the gate by Jeremy, He took us to our pitch (which even had our name on it )he helped unhook the caravan, and even connected the water and waste for us. The toilets and shower unit are beautiful and spotless. The site was very quiet and so peaceful. Thank you Jeremy and Sharon for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be coming back again Peter and Chris

A lovely, tranquil site, which is for adults only, situated within easy access of Blackpool. On our arrival, we were met by Jeremy, the owner, who helped site our caravan and showed us all the facilities. Everything was immaculately kept with attention to detail. After a hectic day in Blackpool, it was a delightful site to return to and recharge our batteries. We will definitely return!

Well what more can we add to the already great reviews!
We have just had a weekend here, a fantastic site.
It all starts with your booking, Sharon is extremely helpful, with the best directions to the site followed up with an email giving more information.
The directions are spot on, the site is in a fantastic location away from traffic and noise.
The welcome from Jeremy is first class with him helping to site the van.
All relevant information is given at this time.
Spotless site. All amenities close by to the pitches.
Close to local pub for meals. Bus stop outside the pub.

Just spent the weekend at this lovely well organised and well kept site. We were met by Jeremy who took us to our pitch and explained everything to us. It is a 10 minute walk to The Shovels with good food drink and friendly staff. The bus stop to Blackpool cost £2 and Lytham are just near the pub so brilliant for motor homers. We had a really good weekend topped off with a Wigan Athletic win!

What a pleasure to stay at such a well presented site in only what We can describe as paradise, the hosts Jeremy and Sharron where delightful and couldn't do enough for us.
It was a real treat to stay somewhere with 5 star facilities, an awful lot of time and effort clearly goes into this business the lawns looked fantastic and the presentation every where was a1, the site is a credit to you both and we would have no hesitation in returning or recommending you to out family and friends.
Thankyou for a great stay and we hope to see you soon

Having bought our 1st Motorhome we visited Manor House Park for our inaugural night away. What a fantastic welcome, even before we set off from home. Jeremy and Sharon made sure we had good directions, knew to ring before we drove down the narrow lane, which it really is not, as there are passing places. The site is quiet, clean & tidy, has level hard-standing for each place and did I mention so quiet. The site has a fantastic (electric) shower in a shower room which is warm enough for a hot shower on a winters evening. The owner provides plenty of information for visitors on the local area which includes the all important bus timetable. This is one site we will visit time and time again.

This has been our third visit to this site and we LOVE it. We can actually escape from the rat race and know we will have peace and quite. This is a small adult only site and is kept immaculate. The area is peaceful even though it's not to far from Blackpool town centre.
The shower room is quite large and very clean with a radiator which keeps your towel warm whilst in the shower. I do however have one criticism, it could do with a hairdryer (that we can live without) but it would be handy.
We will be back and no doubt have a relaxing stay.
Thank you guys,
Terry & Linda
