We've just returned home from Manor House Park. And want to go back! What a site, I can't come up with anything new and original to say about it, other than to mirror all the other comments below. The site is so peaceful and quiet, you wouldn't believe you are so close to Blackpool, its like another world. You can tell that the owners are so proud of their site, and so they should be, its so well kept and maintained to the highest standard possible. The owners themselves are the most friendly and approachable couple we have ever come across, they feel like old friends within minutes of arriving. We can only thank them for making our stay so enjoyable. We even had 5 days of glorious sunshine, which in May is pretty good. Thanks to you both for such a wonderful site and hope to see you again soon.
P. S would give you 11 out of 10 on all ratings if we could!

We stayed at Manor House Park for 3 nights in mid May 2014. Picked it for its adults only status and the location. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the owners the best greeting and introduction that we have experienced to date. The park was small but perfectly formed with immaculate grounds and spotless shower and toilet facilities. Our pitch had direct water hook up and electricity; I think there are a couple of full service pitches too. TV signal was good but needed a bit of adjustment to get all the channels. If you want peace and quiet and just a little bit of paradise this is the place to come. Pub is a 10 to 15 minute stroll from the park and was offering 2 meals for £9. 00. There is also a caravan shop nearby selling all the essentials that you may need. Blackpool seafront was a short drive away and has all the usual seaside attractions if that's what you are after. For a quieter day you may prefer Lytham St Anne's which is only a few miles more along the coast. We plan to return to this site as soon as we can and would recommend this park to the discerning tourer.

This is an absolute lovely site, well kept, clean and quiet, the owner couldn't do enough for us, on arrival helped us with our caravan on to the pitch, which was hardstanding, plenty of room for the caravan and the awning and you have your own grass area as well. The shower was lovely, and clean, with floor towels and heating. We love the personal touch in that each pitch has the name of the people staying and in the evening the signs have little lights around.
Location wise, 5mins to Blackpool, Lytham, St Annes. Lots to do and see.
Will be visiting the site again soon this year hopefully, even though the weekend was marred by the great British weather, the site was welcoming and relaxing.

Stayed on this very well presented spacious site for the first time. The lawns and gardens are lovely, not a weed to be seen. Met by the site owner who helped my husband to locate the van where we wanted it. We had an all serviced pitch and the grey waste pipe was already installed and ready for use. The pitch size and the space between the vans is very generous. The shower block is excellent, always spotless with a clean towel on a daily basis. The site owner and his wife are extremely friendly and very welcoming. This site is the jewel in the crown on the Fylde coast. We have booked another weekend already and are looking forward to it.

Fantastic site in a quiet and secluded spot. The site itself was immaculately presented, and well lit at night. All facilities were modern and very clean. Highlight however were the owners who went above and beyond to help is make our stay as comfortable and hassle free as possible! We had a wonderful time and will certainly return again if we find ourselves once more in Blackpool!

This site is a little Gem. The facilities are spotless. Although there are only two toilets and 1 shower, its not too bad as its only a small site but each pitch has its own grass pitch, electric hook up and water tap. The bathroom was better than you get in some B/B or small hotels. The owners were very friendly and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The buses and pub was about 10-15 minute walk away. Not too much to do in the actual area but the site is only about 2 miles from Blackpool and Lytham in the opposite direction. Will definitely use this site again.

What a site, stayed for 1 night wished longer. Can only concur what everyone has already said, but would like to add that the owner is the most approachable host I have come across in our two short years of camping. Should be entered in top 100 sites

We felt very fortunate to have come across this beautiful site, which more than lived up to our expectations. The grounds are immaculately kept by the owners, with great attention to detail. The shower and toilet facilities are excellent, very clean and spacious with constant hot water. The site is very peaceful, being set down a country lane and well-secured in a private walled garden.
The owners were extremely welcoming and approachable, nothing was too much trouble.
We will definitely return!

We visited this caravan site in February. It was windy that week, but we enjoyed our stay tremendously. The site owners, were excellent and welcoming, the site was immaculate, everything to make a very happy stay. The site facilities were clean and they provided everything for a very comfortable stay. We will be coming back.

Stayed on this lovely site for 2 nights, met by the owners when we arrived, who showed us around and told us what pitch had been allocated to us, have to say pitch size was excellent and serviced, facilities here are superb for a small site shower block spotless the site it's self was very well kept and the, location to Blackpool is just down the road. Would recommend this site to anyone looking for a quiet break, will certainly visit again.
