I'm writing this review because I know the caravan park owners will appreciate it as much as we did our visit. As I arrived on day one we drove down a country lane were we were directed by one of the locals to the location of the caravan park, on arriving at the gate, the owner got the gate and directed us to our pitch, which already had our names on it, surrounded by solar powered lights, which gave it a personal feel while sat out on an evening, the pitch was more than enough for the caravan and awning that we had brought to put up.
The lawns were so well kept, they were of a bowling green standard. The owner got us into our pitch let us do our setting up after offering to help us, but we didn't want to come between him sorting his own work. However he wasn't very far away if I did need him. The work these people had put into making this site so beautiful in a short time is beyond me.
It didn't take us long to find most of the local shops, attractions and p. O. I. With a self penned map that had been drawn up by the owner. We were about ten minutes from blackpool town centre,
And the same to lytham. Me and marg my wife have already said that we will be making this site one of our regular ones to visit, as it is open all year. The shower room although there is only one shower, I never had to wait and this was not only cleaned in the morning but was cleaned through out the day too, the toilet was next door to the shower and this too was kept very, very clean. Well I hope this review gives you some idea of the time we spent there and cant wait to book again soon. So with that I will bid every one who does try this site, a happy holiday. And have a nice time.

Fantastic site, the owner works what seems to be 24/7 keeping the standards so high. So helpful too, we had a tyre blow out on the way there and within minutes of arriving at the site he had someone there to take our wheel and have a new tyre fitted which saved us valuable time to spend on our break.
We have visited many sites and this one has to be top of the list for peace, beautiful gardens, great size pitches with water tap to each pitch, excellent toilet facilities all kept beautifully clean. We most certainly hope to be visiting here again

Arrived to a great welcome from the owner who was more than helpful with siting and setting van and gave my better half a very informative tour of the site. Like the other reviewers I cannot praise the beauty of the site to highly the gardens and lawns are a joy to behold. The facilities ie shower and WC are second to none and the information file is very helpful. A quiet beautiful friendly site in the midst of busy Blackpool perfect to experience Blackpool and return at the end of the day to peace and tranquillity. The site is within a dander of a local pub and the bus route to Blackpool centre. Have no hesitation in recommending this site to sensible and respectable caravanners and motorhome users.

We spent a week at Manor House at the end of August this year, this site is without doubt the best small site we have been to in six years of caravaning! They are great owners and nothing is too much trouble, the site is immaculate, well laid out and well situated to visit the North West of the UK. We have visited this site for five years and the standards of this site have not dropped, in fact we believe (if its possible) they have improved!
There is a nice pub close by, which does food, there is also a bus route opposite the pub which provides a decent service to Blackpool, Lytham and St Annes.
Make this site a 'a must visit'!

Have been to many Tranqil Parks All good Quality but Manor House Park though only ten pitches is in our opinion The jewel in the Crown. We were made to feel welcome on entering the gates with personal service throughout our four day holiday.
Bathroom and toilet facilities are spotless, Pitches flower beds and lawns are tended with such TLC a total credit to the owners. Will be back Karen Alan Hyland

If you are after a 5* campsite this is the place to go.
You are met on arrival by the lovely owners who are available throughout your stay for any enquiry you may have, they escort you to your pitch, show you round the site and provide you with an indepth welcome package which tells you about the area, whats on and how to get about.
The facilities are spotless, the grounds are immaculate, you step through the gates and the peace and tranquillity is amazing, even the red arrows doing a fly over wasn't disturbing.
This was our first time staying there, but we intend to become regulars as it is definitely good for you blood pressure staying here.

One again had a fab time at manor house caravan park.
The owners made our stay a pleasure,
I did not think they can improve the site any more than my last stay, but they have done,
With Beautiful gardens, immaculate toilet & shower facilities, and a great location this is one of the best sites we have ever stayed on.
Looking forward to my next visit.
Keep up the good work guys.
See you soon kw, cw, & snowy.

We wanted a peaceful site for a weekend, Manor House sounded ideal. We pulled up to our pitch our name written on a sign for ease of finding. A man (later introduced as the owner) was on our hitch, un-hooked and unit on its way to pitch before we got out of car. After helping to set us up, he gave a tour of the facilities and gave useful information.
The ten pitch site is immaculate, lovely lawns, wild life areas dedicated to look after our smaller insect friends, hedgehogs etc. Pitch sizes are large, unit, awning and car on hard standing and your own area of lawn. All have own water tap. Peace and quiet is what you get here, no ball games, no loud music no bikes racing round.
We will hopefully become regular visitors as most of their guests are!

We booked this site at the last minute hoping that it lived up to the reviews and we were not disappointed. It is only a small site with 10 pitches but it is an oasis of calm. Everything on the site was spotless and nothing was too much trouble for the site owners who obviously took a great pride in the service they were providing. Unfortunately we were unable to stop a second night and had to move on, but we will undoubtedly be back.

Recently got back having spent a week (15-22 June) on this immaculate and superbly presented site - Jeremy and Sharon it's an absolute credit to you both. The toilet block/shower is always spotless and the lawns pristine. If you're looking for a peaceful and tranquil site away from the madding crowd then you'll certainly find it on this one - it's only a 10 min walk to a very good local pub/eatery and bus stop to either Blackpool or Lytham/St. Annes. We could go on forever singing the praises of this superb site and we look forward to our next visit.
