Absolute gem of a site. Very friendly owners and helpful.
The pitches are very spacious with hard standing and gravel and a large grassy area to sit out on.
Love the little chicks that wander around the site and eggs for sale, an added bonus.
Good location for either Blackpool, Lytham and St. Anne’s. Would certainly go back again.

One of the best looked after campsites ever, being immaculately presented with Wimbledon kept grass and showers that are spotless
The location is great, and lots of little extras, for both Blackpool and Lytham and St Anne’s.
The new owners are professional, friendly and extremely helpful when we had to adjust our dates due to a list minute family emergency they were very accommodating.
We had the pizza on site and it’s really nice and brilliant value.
Definitely one site we will be returning to, just hope it’s not full

We had a little trouble finding the place in the dark as we arrived after 5pm but when you see their sign on the right that's the gates and code in on left post.
Well lit and clean watch for the chickens as they walk free in the grounds.
Friendly staff, toilets very clean. Shame they have to close for lock down.

What a gem of a sight, so peaceful yet within easy cycling distance into Blackpool or Lytham St. Anne's.
Nicola & Jonathan were very welcoming & the site was maintained to a high standard, very clean & tidy.
The fresh eggs from the Silky chickens that roam around the site were delicious.
Will definitely be returning.

This site is so tranquil.
Perfectly run and has Spotless facilities.
Peaceful and relaxing.
Generous size pitches all hardstanding with grass borders.
Will definitely use this site again.

A great adults-only campsite with just 10 pitches, very quiet. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. The site is set out and with great care and attention. The wee silkie chicks are a bonus and very entertaining!
Full facilities not available during easing of Covid, but lovely shower and toilet, well heated and in excellent condition.
A ten-minute walk takes you to the local pub and bus stop - half-hourly service to Lytham and St Anne's in one direction and Blackpool in another. Enjoyed our stay and will certainly return and recommend to friends. Perhaps the directions (instead of using satnav) just need a wee bit updating to get you on the right side of Kitty Lane, but other than that no issues whatsoever.

This is a beautiful, peaceful site run by a very welcoming and helpful couple. The pitches are large and the grounds are very well kept.
The toilet facilities are very clean - but because of Covid, we didn't actually use them.
It was great to see hens roaming freely on the site with the added bonus of freshly laid eggs.
Great area for walking and cycling.

Caravan site was the best we have ever stayed on, spotlessly clean, owners cannot do enough to help you, we had trouble with our motor mover and they helped when we got there and when we left,
If I could this site marks out of ten I would give them fifteen
Fantastic site
Would not hesitate to recommend this site. Val & Roy👍👍😀😀

Lovely, quiet site. Very clean and well organised. Immaculately maintained.
On the edge of Blackpool, ideal for visiting Lytham, St. Annes and the quieter beaches at Starr Gate, whilst central Blackpool remains easily accessible with a nearby by-pass road which you directly into the central parking area.
Would recommend.
