Well first time I have stayed on a CL site and must say what a lovely time we had, a well groomed site owners very friendly, shower clean and modern, separate toilet ok, we stayed two nights to see the lights a short ride to Blackpool town around 3 miles.
Just one thing to note entrance down country lane a bit pot holy, so take care but well worth a visit would recommend.

Just spent 2 weeks here lovely site very well maintained, owner looks after site 24/7. When we were there we saw him every day, stop for a chat, and have a bit of a joke. Shower block perfect pitches ample size for car caravan and awning. Close to everywhere but in very quiet area cant wait to go back next year I wish all sites were up to this standard, then choosing sites would be easy. Down side nowhere for children to play but this was what we were looking for as we have no children. Keep up the good work jeremy 5 star site.

Just 10 mins by car from the Fylde coast This site and the owners ticked all of the boxes and more. The product on offer is second to none. Don't know who appoints the Cl of the year but someone should certainly give them a map to this one. This is definitely a site where all of your concerns about caravanning are dispersed.
The pitches are wide and well laid to tarmac with the best on site ablutions I have come across in 40 years (Is it really that long?) We could actually have a shower without balancing on one leg to get dressed.
The ambience of the site makes you wonder if you have accidentally parked up on the grounds of a posh house. I am green with envy at the groundsmanship. And they are still planning to improve the extra toilet facility.
On a more practical level I found myself with caravan wheel problems. Nae bother ! Jeremy simply took my concerns in hand and took the stress out of my poor weary hands. There was one serious negative though--- We had to come home when our visit was done. Not to worry we booked our next break before we went. If you find a moan on this site you should seriously forget about caravanning.
This is certainly one place where you arrive as guests and leave as friends. Thanks to Jeremy and Sharon for their wonderful hospitality.

We have just returned from a weekend at Manor House Park. If you ever needed an incentive to join the Caravan Club, then just visit this site. It is a cracker! If only all sites were as well presented and maintained.
We are new to caravaning and the approach down a fairly bumpy and narrow lane was a little daunting. We need not have worried as Jeremy was there to open the gates and welcome us. After introductions we were shown to our pitch identified by a little sign post bearing our name. A really nice touch.
The pitches are well positioned and spacious. The grassed areas are manicured not mown!
The shower room was spotless at all times with plenty of hot water.
All in all a super little site and a real credit to the owners.
Try 'The Shovels' pub. Great meals on a 'two for one' basis.
Would we go again?
You bet!

Just returned from a peaceful weekend on this site. We have been members of the caravan club for 5 years and never used one of there cl's or club sites. This has got to be the best of them all. Large tarmac pitches, toilets shower etc. first class. The site is maintained to a very high standard by Jeremy who took us to our pitch and filled our aquaroll while we were setting up. Need to know anything ask Jeremy as he always finds time to talk with you and is full of information. Be prepared to have your leg pulled as he is a bit of a joker. Local pub, supermarkets not far from site. We will be visiting again as soon as possible.

Had a fantastic few days at Manor House Park.
The site was really well laid out & every tarmac pitch had room for caravan, car & awning.
Jeremy & Sharon (the owners) were very helpful & went out of the way to make sure you had a good time.
The shower facilities were of a high standard & were always found clean.
You even had views of the planes landing at Blackpool Airport.
Will be returning very soon as they are open all year round.
Thank you for a great few days and see you very soon.

This is as good as it gets.
A small site with a big welcome. The weather was wonderful and so was Jeremy. The site is quiet and beautiful with plenty of room between pitches.
A real find. Highly recommended.

A lovely site. Well cared for, immaculate, and owners very friendly and helpful. We visited for the first time with a new caravan, and the owner helped with the dreaded reversing onto the pitch.
There is a shower room with large shower, sink and toilet, though not heated. There is also a separate toilet but this had not been refurbished when we visited and has no sink, though the owners supplied anti-bacterial hand gel.
The pitches are all hardstanding though quite narrow, we could not park the car by the side of the van and would not have been able to erect an awning. Other pitches were slightly wider.
Plenty of bird feeders about and as a result we were entertained all weekend with the local birdlife and a busy squirrel.
The site is in walking distance, just, of a pub serving food and is close to Blackpool, St.Annes etc.,
We would have no hesitation in visiting again.

I visited this site last October 2007, mainly to take my kids to see the 'lights'.
I have nothing but praise for this site, both Jeremy and Sharron were very friendly and helpful. The site is immaculate with good sized pitches and good bus links to either Blackpool or St Anne's.
Also a good pub within easy walking distance.
Have re booked to return this summer!

Lovely litte site! so peaceful and yet so close to Blackpool and St Annes. We came across this site due to there being very few larger caravan sites open in February. What a good choice! Superb value for money too!
Just me and hubby. The bathroom is superb and very clean. Not like others we've been to! Site owner, Jeremy very helpful. Will definitely be going again later this year. Luck was with us (even though it was sooo very cold! The sun shone all weekend. Walking along the beach at St Annes was lovely. Its one of those sites you dont really want to brag too much about (otherwise you'll never get in yourself!) but give it a try. You wont be dissapointed.
